NOT WORKING

THE SAME PROBLEM REPORTED BY THE OTHER PERSON OCCURED TO ME.

SETUP ASSISSTANT NOT APPEARED AS MENTIONED IN PAPER BIT WHICH IS GIVEN AS MANUAL, WHEN CONNECTED.

NOT PLAYING EVEN AFTER COPYING MUSIC FILES .

CHARGER LIGHT NOT TURNING GREEN . I CHARGED FOR MORE THAN 16 HOURS.

USER MANUAL IS LIKE RUBBISH NOT PROVIDING SUFFICIENT INFORMATION ABOUT THE USAGE.

Inferior quality product

I have placed order for TCL 1 GB MP3 Player on my SBI card in Sept and I recieved the product in month of December 2008 which is defective and not working.
Please help me to change this MP3 Player immediatily....
