Dear sir,
We are residing in j block since march 2019. Earlier there was no major issue regarding the basic amenities including water, electricity and so on, but a month later, we started facing a problem of a frequent power outage. We have raised this issue with the maintenance department multiple times but found no concrete solution. We are still not provided with any solution. Moreover, the concerned person in the maintenance dept....

Tdi group has offered possession of my flat/ unit (Customer id keh-00190, unit no. Eh-03/0502) in their project espania heights, sonepat.
However they have also increased the super area of the unit from 1390 sq ft to 1598 sq ft as a result of which the cost of my flat (Including basic price, edc, effc etc.) has gone up by rs 5, 34, 000 which is totally unjustified n beyond my capacity to pay.

I request to all TDI customer who are also facing same problem of delayed possesion projects and unnecessary dues that had been transffer to them of EDC kindly come toghther and make complaint and legal action against them ....
