Teak Lab - unreliable company

No response to mail, message, follow up’s. my first Order #18786, it was placed on 9th June 2021 and no updates till now, inspite of repeated emails / reminders.
My second order for rocking chair + stool was placed on 10th July, it was mentioned 25 days, again no update till now or response back from the company

PATHETIC SERVICE. They did not respond to me despite sending so many messages, and this was the first time I connected with them for a home makeover but I would not recommend them to anyone. If at all they answer, they will send some vague replies that the order would be delivered in a week, and then that week would never come. Its almost two months that I have been chasing these guys.
We placed the order on 6th December and they assured that they would get the things delivered in 25 days. But till today we havent received anything.
We ordered a sofa and armchair, total worth 70k and this firm is not at all responding to the calls, mails and messages.
ABSOLUTELY REGRET CONNECTING WITH THEM

Impressed by the design & quality on-line website, I ordered 2 tables (order number 18942 & paid full for the product) in August 2021.
When I followed up on delivery, I got different excuses for the delay, starting with Covid and then promised of delivery after Puja Holiday in Oct, and then later after Diwali and finally solemn promised that it will be deliver by Christmas (Dec), But all failed promises.
In all this time, I had very difficulty in contacting with team lab, they stop picking up my calls since Oct, and efforts to contact them by mail, wattsap and messages have all failed. I could occasional get in touch with the company when I called from different number, when this particular person ( introduce himself as Aaron) would pick up but this usually ends with excuses & promises that is never fulfilled till now.
It's has been very frustrating wait & I regret to find such a company that have zero customer service.
