5 days ago i ordered phone cases from an Instagram account casesgallery . Today it is delivered ...but product is wrong ... and really pissed right now because i am trying contacting the owner for 5 hours ...yet she seem the message but not replying ... the worst customer service i ever had... after trying so much i contacted them through gmail too ...but still no reply... and now i am doing this ... after reading some comments i known ...many of them had faced the same problem as mine... so please tell me did u get a refund ... because i want a refund if not then i am going to the police ...

I ordered for Rs.600 from the instagram shopping page (https://instagram.com/shoppers_town77?igshid=1ptoimzbe0zmo) for one clothing item and sandals on 20 april 2021 . I received 2 fake old phone cover on courier from them on 28 april 2021(Order:SAN-4866 from Teesnation of MIX ITEMS, AWB:[protected] of Rs.600.00 will reach soon.For query call:********29, Pay by Cash/UPI. Xpressbees) . I informed them about the package and requested for a return they are not responding for my message . There are lots of people ordering from them per day . I want my cash .pls do stop the guys playing behind the id i request you to help for getting the return/refund as soon as possible

I had ordered 4 phone covers from casebucket_ on Instagram but i received cheap covers I asked for refund. They said they will do it within 15 days but they didn't.
