Order no 327782. Ordered 2 hoodies on 04 January 2023. But due to size issue tried for exchange. On 11th January 2023 at 12.50 pm courier pick up boy picked up the item to be exchanged from me. On 19th January 2023 (mail screenshot attached), Teestory confirmed that they have received the items. Also assured me that exchanged items will be sent to me within 48 hrs. But it's now 28th January 2023, I have neither received money nor the exchange items. Amount was Rs 1299. I have sent many mails to [protected]@teestory.in. BUT NO RESPONSE. I NEED MY MONEY BACK TO MY ORGINAL SOURCE. IT'S URGENT. KINDLY HELP.

My order with teestory is out for delivery tracking number [protected] (by Ecom express) since last Saturday i.e the 17th April. On that day it was undelivered because I wasn't reachable. Hence i requested to teestory to update it with my husband's phone number. But there were no other attempts made till 23rd April where it was undelivered again this time with no reason. 25th April it's out for delivery again. Teestory doesn't have a customer care number (?!) and I'm getting bot-like replies from their email (attached some of them) Ecom express customer care is equally useless.

I have been following up for over a month to return an order and get a refund. Every time they send me an email like a broken record they have escalated it. Their shipment partner is so ### they don't come to collect the order back. It's been over a month no response from teestory and no refund at all. I demand for this to be looked into!

Have ordered 2 t shirts and a hoodie almost 10 days back with payment completed. The company is not delivering and keeps saying their logistics is trying without anybproper response. Has even stopped responding after multiple tries. Order number 315767

Supposed to be delivered with in 5~9 days.
Lodged complain on e-mail on 06/03/2021, asked to wait for 24 hrs but still no response.
This seems like a fraud in this website.
Need clarification for such harassments.

1 month ago im ordered a tshirt but ..I didn't received tshirt and received tshirt delivered msg.its im continue call the tee story but didnt get any resolution for this and also not get my parcel .very very bad experience

I placed an order on 21/6/2020 the t-shirts were received but due to size issues demanded an exchange... They say easy exchange 100 percent refunds on their website and then when asked for refund they make a fool of the customers and return the money in the tee story wallet which can be used to buy some other products from their website which is a scam refunds should be done to the bank accounts if they are not able to provide the product which is desired. They reply very late in terms of enquiry as well.

Since 1 month i am following up for the return of the product i purchase from this site but they are just making me fool that your pickup is arranged and it will pickup the product today and tomorrow. No one has came since 1 month, i can't even reach the ecom express (Their courier partner). Very unprofessional behavior from the brand. Plz do needful.

I have to buy a T-shirt from this company for which I have given ₹ 500.Today this company is not giving me T-shirts and is giving me excuses from above.The contact number given on the website of this company is false and only after contacting the email ID given on this website, always kill me under the pretext that I will give you your t-shirt but this t-shirt has not been given yet.
Since it had been 18days i've placed my order but till date i have no received my order and they guaranteed that they'll send those orders within five to nine day's i don't understand what the # is happening and it is still showing the status that preparation in progress and they don't have the # customer care number and i think i may not received my order.

I must say this is really very bad company in terms of handling customer and there process related to exchange or return. I have ordered t-shirts which require size change, so first of all they don't have option in there website related to return and after that you need to mail them.

Also there return and logistic partner is so terrible three customer care executive are also rude in behavior. They don't even call on same day of return of package and give you excuses like anything.

I suggest everyone not to buy anything from teestory.in ever in future.

I placed and order on this website about a month ago and i even paid them. I am however still yet to receive the product. They respond to emails but the responses they give are utter nonsense.

They say they use courier services like dhl and bluedart and it turn try to spoil the names of other companies to in the bargain.

The start-up is 100% fake.

Hello. I had placed an order for t-shirts on their website. The order was on 16th april. They have not provided any update or details of delivery it's been almost 8 days. They are not responding to emails and have no contact number. I have tried filling in the help from and contact form on their website even that has not helped. They have not left any option or button on their website for refunds. Please help.

I haven't received any kind of refund from this teestory.in even after more than 1 one has passed since i returned the items and requested for a refund.
They are always saying refund will be given within next 24-48 hrs but still they don't return my money back.
Help is required and to spread awareness amongst people, please take action against these kind of businesses.

I had purchased two t-shirts from useless website a month back from now but unfortunately the size turned out to be small for me so i sent them a mail stating that kindly replace the product or refund the money post return but no response post which i called on their customer care number on which i was been promised for a return pick up dated 22nd march 2019, but again no one responded on the same post which i called the same number now this time the number is not working so tried chatting with the online support (Agent name kiran) as per his rude answers & # confidence the mistake was mine & now he cant refund my money.

I have ordered 2t-shirts, paid for the same on 1/2/18 order no194791. After 12days called them and they said one of my t-shirts were out of stock and asked me to change the order. I sent a mail as they instructed. Still now have not received my t-shirts and when i mail them, the same 'will be delivered in24-48 hours' reply is received. It's been more than a month. Very poor service

I had ordered three t shirts on their website and paid for them using internet banking on 4th dec. That order didn't even get registered on the "my orders" section of their website. Hence i tried reaching out to their customer care since my money got deducted from the account and i have proof of that (I did share with them over email). I asked them to record my order (I don't have an order number alloted also) since i had already paid for it and dispatch the needed goods. They say on email that my order has been received already on 6th dec which is an absolute lie!! My money is gone and my order is not even on records. I am at my wits end trying to communicate with them. Their email response takes a whole day and the customer care number on the website is forwarded to a number that is always out of reach. Kindly help me somehow. They owe me rs.999/- or three t shirts! I have email communication proof of everything that i have said.

I had purchased two t-shirts from teestory. I didn't liked the quality of those and immediately wanted refund for my purchase. After waiting for their reply for some time, they said yes for refund but on one condition only. They will refund to teestory wallet and not to bank account used for purchase.

I had told them that i don't want to buy anything from them in future due to bad quality of their products. But they insisted only refunding to teestory wallet.

I would like to have my complete refund only in bank account.

The policy they have for exchange that is only for their benifits not for customer's. This is what happen if you purchase something from small companies like teestory. I ordered a tshirt which i like but somehow i dint like. I asked them to exchange the tshirt and they asked me to pay more as prices has gon up. I ve never paid extra for exchang with amazon, flipkart, ajio, myntra, jabong or koovs

I have ordered a T-Shirt from Teestory.in. i waited for 7 days and more but the didn't prepare even my order so i tried to cancel my order but there was no cancellation option to cancel order on teestory.in website. i mailed on teestory.in customer care email id they didn't responded me for 4 days i mailed them again and again then after 4 mails and 8 days waiting i got a reply that we have cancelled your order and money is refunded to your wallet. but still there was no money in wallet then i mailed him 3 times again then he returned money in wallet then i request them to transfer my bank or paytm wallet then they refused it. and told me that u will have to purchase any thing from teestory we will not refund in your paytm or bank account. but there services are too worst and product quality is too cheap and there is not customer care number and no location and also there is no brad ranges of product excluding some coffee cup and tees. So i would like to suggest everyone to not order anything from this website. there are another websites who's services are good and providing customized tees and ready made tees too. Please find the screenshot of my requests it is more long and cant fit into screenshot. now they are not replying me now.

I had placed an order for 3 t-shirts on 8th april, 2018 (Order is 142232). They claim that their delivery time is 5-9 business days, but even after 14 working days now, they have not even shipped my order yet. I enquired about the order through email on [protected]@teestory.in, but they are always saying the same thing that it will be shipped in 24-48 hours and will be delivered in next 24-48 hours after the shipping. They are giving the same response from past one week, but they have not even shipped it. I am fed up of them.
Please help in resolving the issue.

I had placed the order (Order 132570) on 21/01/2018. After a delay of 2 weeks my order was partially shipped and i am till now 10/02/2018 awaiting for complete shipment. On communicating the issue to customer service [protected]@teestory.in i always got same feedback that your order will be shipped in next 2-3 days. This is continuing from the beginning and am fed up with chasing for my order.

Please help resolve the issue.

Hi,

I have bought 3 t shirts from teestory website of size l using an offer.
When the package was delivered and i tried the t shirts. Fitting doesnt seem good. So i asked them to exchange it with size xl.
After plenty of mail exchanges they came to me saying they don't have stock for same t shirts.

But when i try to find on there website, all 3 t shirts are available with xl size.
But they are asking for the refund that too in there wallet. Now they have increased the rates of those t shirts. So if i agree for refund in wallet and try to buy it again, i will have to pay extra amount. Which is not acceptable.
They are mentally harassing the customers by giving offers and not providing the proper service as requested.

Could you please help me with this matter.
