I HAVE A WASHING MACHINE OF ELECTROLUX COMPANY (FABRIGAURD CLASSIC). NOW AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD I MADE AN AMC no. 20370 FOR THREE YEARS WITH TEK CARE PVT. LTD. 83, LINTON STREET, KOLKATA 700014 ON 16.07.2009. IN THE YEAR 2009 AND TILL NOV. 2010 THEY PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE. AFTER THAT PERIOD I DIDNOT GET ANY SERVICE AT ALL. I REGISTERED MY COMPLAINTS FOR SERVICE MANY TIMES. BUT THEY CLOSED ALL MY COMPLAINTS BY REPORTING THAT I DIDNOT AGREE TO...

I have an AMC for Videocon AC with Tek Care India Pvt. Ltd for 3 years for which I paid Rs 3939.
My AC was not cooling so i lodged a request for service on 29th June 2010.
Their person came on 6th July 2010 & told me that they need to take it to workshop for repair.
When on 11th also i did not get me AC i started making calls to their local delhi service centre given to me by helpline&...
