Hi team, This sathish Kumar. A dated as on 12/12/2015 I saw an advertisement in television from the company telebuyindia and the product name was Rock gym and I got impressed on that product and I ordered online and paid for the same from my credit card Rs 8, 745 from telebuyindia order number is[protected]. After 2 days I got the product and which is totally different which I seen in advertisment and its name is ( Core excricice work out machine Sixpack care) I'm totally got upset with the product and I called customercare of telebuyindia and they replied this is the advanced version of Rock gym we can't replacement the Rock gym qhich is seen in advertisment or refund your money. Please requesting you to refund my money or replace me with the actual Branded rock gym which is shown on television from telebuyindia. Thanks, Sathish Kumar A

Hi, Ordered 2 Table Mates through Telebuy India over phone. Got it delivered on Nov 15th 2014 at my home Chennai. One was delivered faulty ( where the table top does not sit FLAT). Raised a compliant with Telebuy customer card within another 20mins of delivery. Told that it will be replaced free of cost at door step. But till not no positive response from customer card on replacement. I did buy white color table mate II from telebuy. They have delivered me pink color one instead of white. When I called them why did you send it pink one they in return were asking me why did you take it? How the hell will I know if that is a pink one when there delivery people doesnt know the difference between white and pink which was clearly mentioned on the invoice saying "white". I have ordered the product more than 20days back but I still havent received the correct one... there customer service is so bad... I would never ever buy anything from them...

Bought Abtronic X2 10 days back from telebuy. Worked for 1 week. Calling service care centre everyday at[protected]. No response from them. They keep saying we will send someone to your house. But no one has come or even called me so far. Shame on these people to cheat customers so badly. Bogus product and bogus company. Pathetic services. Only cheating customers...please don't buy anything from them. I guess all their products are road side cheap stuff selling with a brand name. SHAME!!!

I received a call from one of Telebuy executives regarding table mate enquiry around 9.47 pm (11/03/2014) from this no. [protected] and the agent insisted me to buy the product but when I said I will think about it later, he started using abusive words and asked me to shut up which is not seriously acceptable, would request the team to take this escalation to the highest level.
