I had ordered sweat slim belt and wothin 2 days i received the. Product of sweat slim belt 1+1 but there was difference in size what i had asked than size received. Called customer care immediately on 24th may the same day wjen i got delivery where in i got confirmation that it will be replaced in 2 days. Called again after 3 days they said it will be done in another 2 days but no response even till 15 th june. Calle again on 15th june they said tbat there is no complaint raised so far??? Then it was promised that it will be done finly on 23rd june. And as expected nothing has happened till now. Called on 24th june again "tarikh pe tarikh "and no resolution. Customer care executive are so illiterate dont have any etiquettes to talk so called managers are even worst they are least bothered about customers complaint and simply disconnect the call without resolution. I spoke to mohit tripathi and pinto singh and no resolution provided to me otherthan giving # reasons. Beware of this fraud company. Never ever buy anything from this company.

Respected sir/madam,
I ordered a sweat slim belt just after viewing a television advertisement of sweat slim belt.in the advertisement, it was clearly seen the belt must be fast resulting on slimness.
On 02/11/2016, i got it & paid cash rs. 1890.00 + shipping charges rs. 300.
Totally i paid rs. 2190.00 to the representative of teleshop teleshopping.
Next day i & my spouse, wear it for whole day, but it was a fake product.
I used it while morning walk, while jogging i feel not a single drop of sweat where i wear it on my body.
On the other part of my body was full of sweat due to jogging.
O this product is 100% fake product.
This type of products are making down the reputation of our nation.
I rang more then 200 times to several numbers of above company. but not a single responsible reply was there from 03/11/2016 to till time.
I would also forward my complaint to p. m. o. if my amount would not be returned with interest to me.
I also request to take quite hard decision against these type of fake products, which are spoiling the image of our nation.
It is not just a matter of rs. 2190.00, but it is a matter of breach of trust.
Kindly do needful at earliest.

I have given order on 18th of Oct 2016 for 1+1 Free of slim belt after seeing advtg. in the TV, they have booked order and sent the belts against bill no-2278 on 20th of Oct at my residence House no-38, Sector-5, Near Water works Supply Gurgaon-122001 after confirming the sizes but very sorry to say that i have received short sizes & When I asked they said that we will replace with in 2 days through courier service but after talking so many times at this no. [protected] they pick the phone & every time they say we will call tomm. & immediately disconnect the phone really cheated person & approx. 20 times I have called. The quality of belt is so poor & not up to the mark.
Once again Request you to kindly look in to this matter on priority & take further action.

I ordered the Sweat Slim Belt on 2/10/2016 after seeing the add on TV by telephone call and the order arrived on next day at my residence. Within the use of the product in a week, it started getting teared from all over. I made several calls to contact the vendor and explain them about the product but they refuse to listen to my complaint and further stopped answering my calls.
This Teleshop company is cheating consumers providing bad quality products at unreasonable prices. They are not even bothered to respond to complaints.
Kindly help in refund of my money.

I have given order on 13th of August 2016 for one pair of slim belt after seeing add in the TV, they have booked order and sent the belts on 15th of August at my residence at D-702, Ganinath Nikunj, Plot No.1, Sector-5, Dwarka, New Delhi-110075, without asking the sizes. When I asked for the sizes they said I may check and inform at the number of courier /distributor they will come and change the same. After talking so many times to the distributor, nobody came to change the same. The quality of belt is so poor. After wearing six-seven times it is almost torn out. Kindly take some favourable action to replace the same.

I have given order on 1st of September 2016 for one pair of slim belt after seeing add in the TV, they have booked order and sent the belts on 2nd of September at my residence at 1184, near Huda market, Sector 4 Gurgaon 122001 without evening asking the sizes. When I asked for the sizes they said I may check and inform at the number of courier /distributor they will come and change the same. After that right from 4th of September to 7th September I have been talking to the billing agency to change the belts but they have been making me fool. One of the belt is over size and other belt is toned. I have been thing that I have been looted by the company. The unfortunate part is that yesterday I spoke to customer care of Fair look at no. [protected] atleast 35 times and every time phone was disconnected and two times I could talk to lady but surprisingly she said that you will get a call from their complaint deptt but I did not get a call even after 2 hours when i called again one lady said that I will get a call from 6 to 8 days. I think you people are taking lightly to the customers. I will not only give this incident to Aaj Tak but also the grievance redressal forum of Govt of India. Just for this I will take all of you to Consumer Protection Forum. I am giving you 1 day time to resolve the issue.

Article purchase online from teleshopping, as per seller commitment if product non suitable to purchaser they return back used open product and refund the money.
As the product not suitable we register request towards return on 24th april'2015 on given cs ph no. [protected].
As of now no one come to return of product and refund of money. But every time cs misguide towards return of goods and now they disconnect ph when knew towards product return request.
