I never expected from tender cut. They delivered unhygienic Meat, I have found live Housefly insect in my order packing. I called customer care no proper response from Tendercut, they telling we will return the order value to tendercut wallet, who need money. Why customers are reaching tendercut, because we are expecting they will give hygienic meat.

I completely upset

I have ordered some products in TenderCuts. They promised to get the delivery by 12 noon today. I have been on Chat support from 11 am onwards. They told lot of reasons like "We got new stock. Please give us 1 hour". I trusted and finally got cheated. Now I see order got cancelled without my knowledge and i have to wait for 4 working days to get my money back.

Have all the proofs regarding the above

1 st time they supply old chicken curry cut, while we are washing it completely smashed and drained tried reaching the customer care team but not reached continouslly hence i leave that becuase i have booked in some 20% of offers also i adjust with them offer items could be like this...

2 nd time they are charging for goat meat but they are providing full of bone not even a single piece of meat also its completely frozen, i have called and spoken to the team, they accepted with cctv witness package, they are return some money

3. now i have booked one order but i wrongly select the date for that i have called to customer care agent to chanvge the time slot for several time that exe name is bharathi she was very rude and not polite and she was shouting and oragant but she not help. i asked eschalate to supervisor she told that she arrange withing 10 mins but whole day i have not recieved any call, today morning i called one executive she simply say not posssible not possible sorry sorry. final i have asked escalation.

We ordered Tender Cut Fish today morning. When we received the packages no where it is found the item packed inside is Fish.

The package is more of advertisement Centric and have no clue on what is packed inside.

This shows very bad attitude. If multiple meat items are ordered how to identify which is packed in what without unpacking it?

Ordered chicken on today i.e.25 th April only to find stinking rotten chicken delivered at my home.

I have placed an order with tendercuts on Nov 30, 2019 for Dec 1, 9:30 am slot. It seems the delivery boy tried to contact me and couldn't able to reach me but actually I dint receive any calls. Later the customer service agent contacted me and informed me that they tried contacting me and couldn't able to reach me and now they will reinitiate the delivery. By evening 4:30, the order status got changed as delivered but I didn't receive the order..when I again chatted with customer service.. there was no proper response..then after saying that I will take this up to consumer forum..I got a call from a customer agent and they told me that the shop and delivery boy confirmed that the order is delivered..but really I didn't receive anything...they just got my confirmation that the order dint get delivered and told that they will take action but still now no replies...and they dint even refund my amount.

It was raining heavily throughout the day and I suspect they dint even tried to deliver the order
