Membership fraud and money extortion
I took membership of the boutique club in 2022. Every time I tried booking for holiday either they refused the booking or asked me to choose another date. Most of the time their agent SAUMYA doesn’t pickup the calls and now her number is showing as non existent. Owner RAKESH KALRA doesn’t take any calls. They are even refusing to share their office address. They are very big scamsters. I want my money back asap.

I have buy a membership 22-Nov-2020 For 03 Year as per agreement they offer me 30th and 31 Dec in Shogi resort with 03 adults included breakfast
but they not provide me so I apply again but they are rejected due to forest regulation issue again I try to book for next month For shogi Now he reply to me this resort is Permanently closed but if you check Booking.com Room and resort is still available just leave it i try to give me other property but they are are not response I attached all screen short of conversation between us and also denied our special offer like F.V 5000/- SPA 5000/- or Included breakfast.
SO try to refund my amount because I paid 49500/- and they are not provide me any single night last 2 year 5 months and in November our pack is expire so please Consider Fast.

At the time of sale they commit things which they are not able to fulfill. At the time of reservation, they say our team reply in 72 hours. A fool can only wait for 3 days for getting a single reservation. FAKE FAKE FAKE...COMPANY IS TOTALLY FAKE

I have membership ID since Oct 2021 and I have planned twice for a trip via email but they dint respond. There is no other option to book any Aamod property, as Aamod's representative said that we dint give any vouchers, although he mentioned that your booking can be done by The boutique club itself. Unfortunately, this club don't respond to our emails.

Hello sir,
I am the member of this club since 6 months. They came to us to buy their membership. We already had 2 of other well known companies but still agreed to see their hospitality. They do not bother to pick up their customers phone calls at all and do not even bother to revert them. This is not the way to operate a firm especially in this line where competition is rising at an alarming rate. Please make your customers happy so that we could recommend your membership to others. I need a reservation urgently but your representatives seems to be very busy. Kindly don't bother normal citizens if you are not capable of doing your job accurately.

Asking for payment from prepaid membership
I bought the mebership of boutique club in 2019. I have travelled once in 2019 only. Due to covid I cound not use it after that. Now I am approaching for booking but response is not good.
I suspect that all the properties at the time of membership were fraud. There are no alternative customer care no numbers and given number is not taking call.
We had approach for booking of 4 members against prepaid membership but they are giving only one room with extra bedding at charged basis.
I am having conversation with one of the employee of boutique club who was in touch from start, he is giving diffrent different reasons everytime we call and is dyning with reason that only three properties are open and those are pack, In short they do not have any properties.
Response time of boutique club customer care is very slow and they don't bother for clients values.
My hard earned money is in dump.

Aamod Resort -denying for booking and refund.
I bought the mebership of boutique club in 27th may 2019. I have travelled once in 2019 only. Due to covid I cound not use it after that. Now I am approaching for booking but no way to cntact them as email is also pending from days, I suspect that all the properties at the time of membership were fraud. There are no customer care no now, all their contact no's are not working and even website is down.

They took money then they not book hotels and not responding to the mails.
The boutique club they are using the name of Aamod Resorts when they trap the innocent people.So please be aware from such type of people.After collecting money by way of fraud offers they even not pic phone and not responding to the mail.i also lost 49500 but I will trace them and a criminal as well as consumer Protection action will be taken against them.So the innocent and people hard earned money cannot be taken by them by way of cheating and fraud offers.

The boutique club - specially mr. Alex one of sales employee is biggest lair.
These are my concerns on what he tried to sell me-
1) i was first told rs1/- will be deducted from my account and rest of the money will automatically converted.
2) when i swiped my card for this membership on the commitment that there is an offer with hdfc bank that automatically emi will be converted. Mr alex changed behaviour towards us and not responding to my phone, i though of checking with my bank. I got to know that there is no such offer.in fact if i convert these into emi i will be charged. I spoke alex on this now he said i we refunded the interest by the company.
3) before buying this member we were committed a free trip from 13th till 15th december to shogi and that was not fulfilled either. I had an occasion in my family due to which we were planning this trip. I kept chasing with mr alex and he was either not responding or later even told me he cannot give free now. Since i though it is ok not get free even after chasing with him so many time, we will use our membership coupon. Even that did not happen and i have been telling since last 10 day’s that i want my refund. To which he agreed partially and now after chasing so many days i get the membership on email.
4) i even asked for the email and office address from him but he did not bother to respond to this request because he was thinking i will write to your department and it will be written prove. Then he will not be able to process this membership and rather we are been forced to buy this. Because he knows i am asking for refund still he goes ahead and process this membership.
5) i was promised 6 nights and 7 days international trip including canada, in the email yesterday received says - 3 night and 4 days anywhere in asia.
Today i was called by their customer service executive smita - i was adamant that i cannot continue with you guys and though she was trying to solve the issues that we had with mr alex.. Now they were fine to convert these emi’s.. But i don’t want to start with the company or sales person who tired to fool you.
I really want to meet the ceo of this company mr. Nikhil gupta.. And want to ask him does he even know what his employees are doing and fooling people or he is party to this??

not refunding my money (a big fraud)

This company is a big fraud, makes the wrong commitment and also if you want refund of your money no one responses positively.
In their agreement cancellation provision is there but instead of that i am fighting lot to get my own money back.
I am a person from finance background but they are trying to make me fool by saying that we cannot refund your money as you have already converted your installments in emi with bank and we can't refund. (What the #)
Please don't trust this company as in agreement many things are hidden also they offer 2n/3d free package to call you in their office but it's not free it will charge you more that you will pay for this package.

aamod resort - the boutique club fraud membership of aamod resorts
They will call you for free voucher. Then they will start with their 3 hrs meeting (Which they said would be of 45 mins). They will do anything to make you buy their membership and will fall price to any level. I have bought their membership, and the provided free gift vouchers and now i am trying to make reservation, to which first they are saying no rooms are available for the given dates. And after asking which dates are available they says we will tell you 2-3 days later after checking the available the dates.
Contacting after 2-3 days they says the place for which i want to do booking is not available in their list.
And no ones gives proper response. After sending so much mails to one bothers to give reply.
This is a fraud company. The takes only money.

they are just for making money. no service.

We brought this membership in february, 2019, when they provide us gift vouchers and a complimentary stay of 4 nights.
And now when we call them for booking our stay, they don’t respond back.
First of all, i planned a vacation with my wife in bhimtal which was a complimentary stay from mr. Pradeep bisht for purchasing this membership and they said you can go for vacations, but when i visited aamod at bhimtal then they clearly denied my booking, they don’t have any booking qith my name. There is no mail internally. Unfortunately, i called mr. Pradeep bisht and he didn’t picked my 2 calls and then switched off his mobile phone. So the boutique club customer care told me that we can’t provide you complimentary stay, as mr pradeep is not picking the call. So they deducted my nights. There commitments are false. They can say many lies and will do anything for selling their membership.
Now i am again planning vacations with my family in august 2019 and i e-mailed them before 11 days for booking my nights and they revert back that our tat is 72 hours and we will update your shortly. Now it’s been 11 days and i am continuously doing mails and calls to them but there is no respond. My family (7 members) are waiting for there confirmation, so that they can apply there leaves accordingly, but there is nor revert from there side. Very pathetic services they are providing.

Such crooks, the team of “The Boutique Club”. These people are highly manipulative, and leave practically no stone unturned in coaxing people into buying this package, which is nothing but a FRAUD. My membership no.is TBCAPB1217WD051260. We got this package in Dec 2017 for a period of five years. We paid a hefty amount of Rs 92800/- and 7500/- in March 2018. Since we have taken the package these frauds have not been able to give a single holiday. This review is to alert everyone that never ever take any package from THE BOITIQUE CLUB as they cheat innocent people and carry out money minting business worth lakhs every day. Please please please never take any membership. I am going to file a case against these frauds through proper channel. I have time and contacts to fight cases but for others please don’t take membership from TBC or Ammod. I have all the mails and conversations recorded.. this is plain harassment.. wake up TBC and have some conscious...

I am Raman from bhiwadi. fraud by aamod team with me...
3-4 days i got call from the aamod resorts miss pooja -mob.- [protected] he is saying..you have won free vouchers 2days 3 nights at promotion offer there in no conditional. non paying anythings. but they are said me hisi not interested for that but he said -- we giving one option transition rs 1 for making future emi of this plan after 45 days you got monthly payments and before this you visit our places.. then i have give my credit card to him and they 50000/ amount with out my knowledge.. and offer tome machine for type Pin no. i was think its only 1 rs transition...so i was give my to him.. but after some time i got MSG from my bank deduction of 50000/- rs. then i am said to him what is this then they is saying sir you self convert emei from your bank we are way off full bank interest of this amount.. but realy i m not interested for this deal so i m said for refund my full payment.. then they said excuses to me 28% deduction if got refund you better that join and enjoy .. give offers extra.. when plan book a trip then all costumer care no of company is all switched of then i again call him for refund to mr, ankit choudhary his manager and his employees said for 60% deduction from my money. after that its to be refunds

Hello I am Rajat from Ambala. I got call from Boutique Club they invited us in a restaurant in ambala. Their I had taken their membership and pay them.
Now I am planning for vacation and send them mail as mention in their membership agreement. But from last one week I had tried to contact them, they make me fool and now they are not picking up the phone.
I suggest everyone never take their membership.
Now, I am going to register complain in consumer court.
