I had ordered a phone from "www.thedealsguru.com". After that for 10 days I didn't had any update on the order and it will say PROCESSING. I emailed them but it was of no use as I didn't receive any response. Also the number provided in the website doesn't exist....

First they advertise different mobiles at very low prices. You have to pay online by Paytm not credit card.

After few weeks a parcel comes with another product. They say to send back but no return address or phone number is given.
