I swiped my SBI CREDIT CARD of Rs.74, 000/- on EMI activation. He said you will not charge any interest or any tax. If that happens so we will reimburse the interest and tax money to me. I have charged interest with tax. I informed regarding this to Ebiza company but still now no reimbursement issued to me.
I am still trying to contact to there sells manager and the customer care number but both of them are not responding to me.
I trapped in a fraud scam.
Please suggest me where to complaint against The EBIZA for refund my whole money back.

Yes same incident happened with me. I am still trying to contact to there sells manager mr. Yogesh verenkar and the customer care number but both of them blocked my number.

I have charged interest with tax. I informed regarding this to yogesh but still now no reimbursement issued to me.
I trapped in a fraud scam. Unfortunately I used the money of Rs.70, 000/- to close my ICICI CREDIT CARD EMI. which was saved for my child future.
Please suggest me where to complaint against The EBIZA for refund my whole money back.

This is a scam business
This is how it started
in August we got a call that we had won the membership of the Ebiza event and management services in a random lucky draw. and we were invited couple for their event which was held at Vashi. Navi Mumbai in August month.
they showed us some plans for a membership, Mr.Abhishek Kadam and MR. Yogesh Werekar who was the present sales executive who did the translation of this membership process
Mr Yogesh Werekar told us that this transaction will be done on no interest EMI. We bought this membership and completed part payment of 25000 on an EMI basis using ICICI Credit Card. Yogesh Wereker (That Salesperson) told us it's done with NO interest. But as I checked in the bank it charged a @15.9% interest rate
As per their policy, we waited for 30 days to complete and get a membership card. We asked them for the membership card they said it's dispatched and you will get delivered soon.
Then they said it's getting delivered in alphabetical order so you will get it very soon
Then they said you can collect it from the office (401, 4 FLOOR, TOWER 2, GRAND CENTRAL MALL SEAWOODS, NAVI MUMBAI 400706).
They have another office in Mumbai Pawai Location (Address: 228, 2nd Floor, Powai Plaza, opp. Hiranandani Garden, Hiranandani Gardens, Sainath Nagar, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400076)

In between all this, I was contacting customer care and info email ID. For Hotel booking But no one has replied to the email, till date. (11th Dec 2023)
So, we contacted Mr. Yogesh Wereker again. He said he had a word with the booking team and Mrs Naina in customer care, so she will help to resolve this. Their customer care service executives are very rude and unprofessional.
Mrs Naina (The Ebiza Customer Care Executive) started arguing with me and cut the call. when I ask her to give booking details by e-mail instead of telling me on call as I don’t want verbal confirmation, I want it in an official e-mail.
Now Mr. Yogesh Werekar, Mr. Abhishek Kadam, The Ebiz Customer Care have blocked my number, coz every time I try to contact them it's getting busy, same customer care number I tried from another number it's working. Now they are not answering my calls.

My self vikram kadam I had visited 22 oct 2023 seawood grand Central Mall towers no 2 ofc no 401, the name of the company the Ebiza. they are selling holiday package like this is travel company thair is big scam and fraud people they said your 1 rs deducted from your Account but they will be swipe my HDFC CREDIT CARD 100000 rs they said you will get in 15 day some documents from company but still no any documents and not received any kind of services and they also not pic up my phone calls and response Im visited again but ofc is closed please I request u against action as soon as possible and Refund my Amount
