I had placed an order on 2nd Dec from Facebook to The Fashion Fanda and made payment of 1, 770/- but not received any order confirmation yet. Please help to refund.

I had placed an order on 28-Nov-2020 to The Fashion Fanda, the payment was fully paid online by my HDFC card, the amount was 627.90 Rs. Only and i get a mail of confirmation of my order & payment but till now i am continuously mailing to vendor to inform me about my order but he is not responding. Vendor changed his Gmail ID. old and new id's are mentioned below. Please help me in this.
