Sir I ordered a T-shirt in the house of rare app on 4th of Jan 2023 but till now I did not get any update regarding the order and after a long time I just mailed to their customer care but there is no proper response from them and they are saying that order has been cancelled due to issue in courier services. They said this only after I waited long time and I contacted them. They said that they cancelled my order and refunded my money but till now they did not message me the refund reference number or refund details and no response there after from them. Please help me with this sir/madam.

I placed an order for a T-shirt on 21st July. The order was canceled automatically after some time.

After mailing them then they started processing the refund till that time they did not start. But now since then, I am constantly asking them to refund but up to date, there is no response from them. Request you to kindly look at this.
