Order No 2161 No delivered
I ordered two Dumbbells for Rs 1087. The order said it is being shipped by Bluedart. However, it never shipped and they do not have any plan of shipping it. My order #2161 is still pending delivery. Furthermore, they do not respond to any email I send. Most of their email IDs fraudulent and return a failure delivery response.

ORDER #1835, Placed order september 13th, still no response from the company, I already paid the price now their email says not reply adn their customer support number is invalid, this is completely a fake company, Please get my money back. Now their website also vanished

I have placed two orders worth rs 588 + 298 = 886. To purchase Bean bag and Jacket on 2 Oct, 2020. The order is included express delivery charges. Now we are not getting any info regarding order. and unable to contact through mail or contact no. as email and contact no is not exist.
I have shows add on Instagram and redirect to sablelo.in, now It's redirect to mastkart.in. they are changing domain name with some time and fraud with new consumer. Please guide me how to refund my money.

Hey, i had ordered rc toy drone on 12th of september and it’s not been delivered yet. I tried calling them and sending mail to them but it’s showing incorrect. Their site is also unreachable now that is https://theluxurymart.in/.
I had paid 588 for that thing and now i don’t know when will i get that. Please look into this concern seriously. They are fooling people all around.

I have purchased bean bag and Jacket. worth rs 886 with two different order from sablelo.in and order confirmation redirect to theluxmart. now the same website redirect to mastkart.in for online purchase. even we are unable to send mail due to incorrect email and unable to contact through contact no. the contact no. is not working.

I've also faced a similar fraud on The same website. Now with our complaints they've probably deleted the website all together.
There are a number of such complaints with different website names but similar products (mini drone, mini projector, smart watches, ear buds).
No complaint has been resolved. Money is gone and I don't think we'll be able to do anything.
Please let me know if there is anything we can do.

Hey, i am harshwardhan singh parmar, i ordered a rc toy from luxurymart on 13 september 2020 worth rs 499 and delivery charges rs 89. Total rs 588.
But i did not receive my order yet. Please look into this matter. I too try to email them but the email address was wrong which was given by them. I don't when will my order reach to me.

I ordered an item (Mini drone) worth rs 888 on website www.theluxurymart.in and after completion of payment i received a sms that my order number 1822 has been completed and i'll be intimated when my order is despatched. Date of order was 12 sep 2020
I have not received any intimation from the website and there is no option where i can check status of my order. When i tried to contact on given email id it doesn't exist neither does the contact no.
Attached is the screenshot of order confirmation that i had received after making the payment and contact details of the company as given in the website. The number and email id both are not functioning.

I ordered a Mini drone worth rs 588 on website www.theluxurymart.in and after completion of payment i received a sms that my order number #2075 has been completed. Date of order was 13 September 2020. In that text msg it has written that "We'll notify you when it ship" and the link of my order.
When I had checked the link then the error page is opening that"This site can't be reached".
Now I have no option where i can check status of my order. When i tried to check the website on Google it doesn't exist neither does the contact no.
