I placed an order two weeks ago, did not receive tracking ID, they do not respond to emails and messages, they do not pick up calls, they've even limited comments on their instagram page. Lost all my money. Highly fraudulent site, i don't understand how these people are allowed to continue running this scam even after so many complaints from so many people.

Hi, I have ordered mobile case and pods cover worth 750 and after placing order, no response from them. Not responding to calls, messages and not able to login the website for tracking even after giving the correct password and not able to reset the password. Guyz, please report this account in instagram.

I ordered a phone case a few days ago and i haven't received it yet I paid them 500 and still they haven't informed me about any shipping process I have called them 13 times mailed them twice and messaged them on Instagram and WhatsApp but there is no response, because its a fake website with a lot of fake followers on Instagram guys plz be aware of these sites there fake and illegal and can hack you

I have ordered my product a week ago and they haven't given je any information about the shipping they are jot picking up my call and not responding to any of my mails and messages

if you don't respond within 24 hours' then i'am sorry i have to file a complaint under
consumer protection act 10

I have placed two mobile case through Instagram page called THE MOBILE CASE STUDIO on April 23, 2022. They said it will take about 10 - 15 business days to receive the product. But it's been 15 days already and still no details about my product or i did not receive any order yet. I even texted them through WhatsApp, Instagram and i even mailed them but no response for any of my messages. Even I called them but they did not even attend my call. Atleast they have to inform their customers about the delay or something about the order, worst experience ever.

I placed an order with site on 31st March containing 2 mobile case worth rs 850 and they have been delivered yet.
I tried reaching then through WhatsApp, email and even called them they there no response.
I tried checking there Instagram page and read comments on there posts and alot of people are showing same concern but they have turned off the comments also so that no one can raise their issue.
It's been 1 month already and i haven't recieved me order. They have scammed me.

I placed a prepaid order for a mobile case through the website of this instagram store called The Mobile Case Studio. I have not received any confirmation mail or tracking ID as they had promised. I only received payment confirmation email.I have tried to contact them through their email, instagram dms and comments but they won't reply. If I don't get my order confirmation along with dispatch details and tracking ID I'm gonna file a legal complaint.

I placed an order of 2 mobile cases on 08tg of November 2021. After few days of waiting i tries to write them email or send whatsapp on there number for my order dispatch details but the mail bounced back and number is switched off. I paide 800 rs and i got caught in fraud. Please be aware.

Placed an order for a mobile case on 13th Sep 2019 from an instagram page called the_mobilecase_studio, https://instagram.com/the_mobilecase_studio?igshid=1agaoqbqh49ok. Also made the payment via paytm on the details they provided but till date have not received the product. The tracking they provided is fake and also they have stopped responding to my messages or calls. I have attached screenshots of the tracking they provided and payment confirmation.
