The mobile wallet pvt. Ltd. — blocked my mobile wallet, with improper reason

I have loaded rs70000/- by using the credit card as i have to pay to some other merchant, (Earlier also, i have made payment several times using this 'the mobile wallet' app). On 05-feb-2018 i have tried to load money into the mobile wallet wallet using my the mobile wallet app from my citi bank credit card. Transaction was failed at the mobile wallet end but amount was deducted from
My credit card, then i have to 'the mobile wallet' customer care and asked them for the status, they have replied that they did not receive money, so that i need to check with bank, then i called to bank asked them, they have replied that transaction was success, then asked them to raise dispute. Amount was reversed on 12-feb-2018, in 'the mobile wallet' app transaction history still it shows as pending, all of a sudden, on 20-feb-2018 my 'the mobile wallet' account has blocked, when i called them they have replied that account has blocked due to security reason and they are not ready to tell what is that security reason. When i asked them to give it to there floor manager, he has replied that they received mail from payment gateway ccavenue to block my account.
Then i have asked for resolution, then they asked to send bank statements from which i have loaded money to there head office in mumbai. I have sent through indian normal post on 22-feb-2018, till now they not replied me anything, if i call to customer care for status, they tell that they are not aware of the status, they simply tell that backend team may be working that they will get back, even they don't know that my mailed cover is reached or not.
My amount of rs70000/- blocked in the mobile wallet account. I am losing interest amount. Which i have to pay to merchant.
Please resolve my issue and unblock my account.

Hi sir i received a call from the mobile wallet on 13 nov 17. Saying me he is call about sbi credit card department and his asking me any issues for using the credit card so i am telling them ek issue in my credit card i paid last transition amount but is the amount showing my out standing balance so please correct the account so i am provide the my card details than his deduct 9999 amount in my credit card account.

fake mobile wallet account
Hello
It is unfortunate this mobile wallet provider does not take necessary steps to collect details or id proof of their amount holder.
Our account was hacked and amount was transfer to the mobile wallet and their representative nor bank people were helpful.
Fraud amount holder number is [protected].
Hope rbi or modi sir wake up atleast now and help the common people in terms of security and regulations.
