My order id-14 date added 13/10/2017 payment by paytm for which rs 7978/- was paid on 13 oct 2017.
The promised delivery and cash back was after 7-9 days.
Till date there is no response to my mails, and calls. The mobile no from which calls were received that goaded me into ordering was [protected] which is now continuously switched off.
Have stated in my mails that if it is not possible to execute the order for whatever reason, the money be refunded back to the paytm account from which it was received by the nexa shop.
Mail exchanged and receipts that were provided can be uploaded if desired.

I have placed the order samsung mobile on next 64 gb on date of 12th sep. 2017 order no. Is 29, and pay online money 11, 135.00 rs through puy u money, but till date my ordered martial is not delivered, vendor the nexa shop is not send single reply. And its contact no. Is switch off. Clin

So, kindly send me refund my money or send me my ordered mobile.
