I have taken a membership in January 2022, last year I did not get my preferred booking. I had requested for vacation in the last week of december to munnar, but I was refused stating during the period they dont have rooms though I had intimated 2 months earlier. Finally i had to change my destination to Hyderabad.

This year again I have problem with booking, I have requested for Coorg in October, but i was informed to send mail in first week of November. But now they are giving the same reason on non avilablity.

The pacific world holidays is a fraud company. they expect you to plan the vacation & destination of their choice in the time they say.

I want refund of my membership.

We availed their vacation membership plan worth 2.7 Lakhs. Despite requesting the services more than three times in past 1 year we were not given the timely and satisfactory response. Due to this we have not availed their service even once. We also requested them to cancel our membership and refund the entire amount which was told that anytime possible. But
now there is no response to emails and messages. They are frauders thriving...
