You may be aware of the former's family financial status and even we are putting our hard efforts we are not getting the suitable amounts from the fields.

I wish to bring to your notice that I am ATTUNURU LAKSHMI resident of REJERLA, SATHUPALLY (MD), KHAMMAM - DIST,

We have the mango garden land in my village which was given to me by my father, SURVEY NO: 724 and 736 a/a 5 acres.

which is near to the sathypallly sigareni mines.

Singareni mine was come near to my land i.e 200 meter and every day their is blasing and the dust is covering with trees and blasting waves disturbing the ground water.
Due to all the reasons we are not getting a crop like previous and we have given the complaint to the siganreni mines office at sathupally for the past 5 years.
But there is no proper action initiated, even the Singareni mines have occupied the land and destroyed the our garden approach road.

Hence, it is requested of the management to provide us the approach road and request you to provide crop reimbursement of nearly 15 lakhs for the period of 2018 to 2022.

Hence, I request you to see the matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Request for re-calculation of my GSLIS Claim in
respect of Master Policy No. 74203 pertaining to Sri
J.Narayana Murthy, Ex.Dy.Supdt. PKOC, SCCL,
Manuguru Area – Reg.

In April, 1989 I have joined the GSLIS scheme under Master Policy No.74203 of SCCL, Manuguru Area. I have continued in the scheme till June,2012 and was departed from 01.07.2012.

As I have been superannuated from the services of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited, my claim for settlement of GSLIS accumulations was sent to LIC, Warangal Divisional Office vide SCCL’s Lr.No.MNG/FAD/T/Od77/449 dt. 09.07.2012.
Accordingly my claim was settled and an amount of Rs.48,709.00 was advised for payment vide LIC’s Lr.No. PNGS/U558597/74203/570/2 dt. 23.07.2012.

In this connection, I wish to submit that my predecessors by name Sri M.Butchiramaiah, EC: 4062876 & Sri G. Appa Rao, EC: 4064852 who have joined the scheme along with me and were departed from the scheme w.e.f. 01.04.2012 were paid an amount of Rs.59,249.00.

As per the terms and conditions of the Master Policy, an amount equivalent to 35% will go for risk management and the remaining 65% of the amount recovered every month will go to savings account. For the savings amount 12% Interest will be paid every year on the savings accumulations.

Basing on the above terms and conditions, a detailed statement of my recoveries from the beginning of the scheme to the date of my retirement is enclosed for your kind ready reference.

I request you to kindly go into the details of my above claim and arrange to re-calculate my claim and advise the difference of amount to be paid to SCCL, Manuguru area at the earliest, for which act of kindness, I shall be highly obliged. I also request you to kindly arrange to furnish the detailed calculation sheet for my reference and record.
