I booked kerala trip from 3 persons for 4 nights and five days. Snow travels has sent quote of 18500 and asked to pay 50 percent for booking confirmation.
After paying 10, 000 when I asked for booking details, they told that company policy has changed and now your package is 25000. They also told to pay full amount of 25000 for getting booking confirmation.
Now due to this fraudulent commitments, I want refund of my 10000.

I write this review just to safeguard you people with a horrible trip experience i had with this company.

Business model of snow travels is to quote a low amount, ask you to pay 50%, then soon after ask 100% of the quoted amount. They will book hotels and then come back and say the amount got increased, if you chose to cancel hotel bookings will not be refunded. Then they charge gst with no invoice.

Original quote - rs. 24, 000
I paid - rs. 46, 000 (Incl gst)

They are such a worst people keen to loot only your money and not a good service provider.

They commit over phone is including gst but will ask you to pay them just a day before your trip starts.

This is saravanan, i have enquired about the tour package for banglore mysore and coorg with snow travels.

A representative from snow travels thoroghly analysed my requirement and offered me with a package of 25, 000 and offered me if i do the booking by aug 15, i will get an additional discount or 15% hence i required to pay only 20, 500 (Have complete evidence for this).

On aug 15, i have dial to the representative and confirmed that i will make the advance payment of 10, 000, once the payment done it has been transferred to another person.

That person from booking team called me and asked me to do the remaining payment for 10, 500 hence the hotel booking and cab booking details will be shared on the same day. Based on their request i have transferred the remaining amount (Having evidence).

After this, the representative called me and informed with 20, 500 the booking is impossible and we required another 16, 500 to complete the transaction, i enquired why you agreee to provide the package in 20, 500 previously, he confirmed it was a false information from my representative.

And i asked for refund, he told the refund will take 7 to 25 days, which actullay not accepted. As we can’t do any other booking until the money received.

Finally i accepted and reconfirmed with him 16, 500 should be final; he told yes and started booking hotels and shared me the hotel details.

But he hold to share the cab booking details, and again he asked pay another 6570 towards gst, which was not informed prior. I asked for cancellation he told 100% money will be taken from company in case of cancellation as the booking made now.

After a strong argument, we paid the gst amount without any option.

I want to take a sever action for the false information and cheating such a s huge amount 42, 500 for a local trip.
