The Tax Gurdian Complaints & Reviews

These supposed agents start contacting saying they can RESOLVE YOUR FSSAI / GST / DSC and many other certification and licensing issues and they keep on insisting that you have to make a payment of an amount (usually in the range of 1, 000Rps. to 4, 000Rps. or more) as soon as possible to start the procedure. They are scam artists and I have spoken with the GENUINE FSSAI authorities, there are no such fees or follow up agents that call clients and remind about any sort of payments from their side. These stupid little scammers are based in Bihar and have different titles like DSC services, GST services, FSSAI services, etc. and they phish and scam unsuspecting people online and steal money from them. Today morning i went online to the registrationgov.in website of govt of india to register my new sole prop company. After filling up the form, i was asked to pay a registration fee of rs.1950/- for registering the firm. (Later on i came to know that the registration is free of cost).
The payment was deducted from my bank account and after that the site showed some error message and i could not get any confirmation about my company's registration. The payment was made through payumoney and the payment was made to the tax gurdian. When i tried to search for the tax guardian in the website, i could not find such a company. When i tried to contact payu money, i was told to contact the merchant directly. Now i don't know the fate of my money and the reigstration please help. How can private people allowed to operate on govt websites. How companies like payumoney enroll such fradulant companies as their clients. Please respond.
