I have ordered two battery operated cars. Payment was also done but I didn't received confirmation message... My order no. Is #10884. I think these peoples are totally fraud and I am going to file a case against them. Afterall it is very essential to stand against fraudster like these peoples... I request you all not to believe these kinds of fraudsters and stand against them....

I ordered a kids ridding car for rs 495, I also received a order and payment confirmation mail but order is not deliver yet. Kindly consumer forum look into the matter and block such fraud websites....

I have order a kids jeep from the facebook page of the baby cloth and when i try to mail to get me the status the mail also getting failed...

I bought shoes at cost of 499 worth and already paid but still I am not recieve any order from thebabycloth.in this web shown in instagram..I blindly done by shoping with order I'd #3958..

Today i have ordered a toy car worth of 495 in thebabycloth website.i was not received any confirmation about booking to my mail or contact number.order number#8177....

I have purchased the 'ABM-5288 Children's electric motorcycle Battery Operated Bike Harley Davidson' through thebabycloth website, order no. #4181, dated 9th March 2021.

But this order is not received, there is no order tracking option in website also, there is no customer care service option.

Please take legal action against them.

The cloth company.in is advertised in facebook and has offered good discount over toys. I have made a transaction of Rs535.5. But when I tried to check the tracking details, The site simply redirects to home page. When I tried checking for the customer care, that option is just icon and dont have any contact details. Kindly initiate a complaint against this and help me claim my product or refund my money....

Kids car ordered on 09.03.2021, and payment also done by phone pay account of Rs.538/- after payment, confirmation also showed, but there is no delivery information, sent the email also, no reply also....
