I order a digital painting photo frame warth 1500 I paid the amount they mentioned the delivery date was Feb 12 but until now I'm not getting my order product I cantact their pH numbers but they are not responding my calls and messages I track the order but always show as just prossing only

I ordered a Gift product ( Mini Box - ₹799) on 17th April 2024. Today its 18th July still not yet received my order. No proper response form their side. Not at all reply tp my messages. SO pls take a Heavy action on them and pls let my order to me as soo. As possible.

On 27 Nov 2023, I ordered a frame from freakykart which was for 600 rs. It is February 7 2024 today and my order has still not been delivered. It was a prepaid order.

My Friend placed an order on October 19th 2023 ORDER ID 84585 for a photo frame . they said to delivery in 1 week because of Birthday but its more than a month not yet delivered . they are not responding to the mention email and number also.

I ordered mini frames from an Instagram website (www.instagram.com/thefreakykart) which was a prepaid order as they didn't have an option of COD.
It's been a month since they are postponing the shipping and delivery dates, giving nonsense excuses. They never respond to calls and barely reply to WhatsApp text messages.

They seem to be scamming public with constant ads on social media. but once i ordered with photos share, there is no response from them. they shared a fake tracking number which is showing Pending pcikup from Aug 8th

I ordered a photo frame and I pay money to them. They delivered product to wrong palce so I cancelled it and the product reached back to them. Aim asking for my product they not at all responding to me and my money is with them

They are not responding and didnt even check messages. They have my pictures and idk what the hell is happening

I have ordered photo frames on 6th August 2023 for which the committed date was 16th August 2023. Upon multiple times asking for updates I got the update that product will deliver 29th August. And that there is no response from the company side regarding order update at any mode. I tried Whatsapp, calls, instagram dms. Nowhere I got response. It seems to be a big fraud. Attaching all the proofs for my order. Please help me in getting the order or else the refund.

I had placed an order with thefreaky art. But there was no response for a month and after numerous complaints on instagram. They only delivered 11 photos out of 30. Out of which two are just black. Poor! poor! Service

I ordered my product from there website on 3 March and it's been 15 days and i did not receive any updates from them and I am unable to trick my order . And i texted them many times though all means of communication and i even tryed to call them but no response from them . The payment is also done. They are just wasting money and time of customers they are frauds please team take action against them

They are fake I've ordered from them on 24 December now it's 4 January
They are not replying not responding i called them many times they didn't to me either, and i planned a surprise all in waste now

Worst quality worst experience
I have ordered one product for birthday present to my friend .
I recieved product on 10th of feb when i opened on photo all scratches are there
Now when I'm asking them to replace photo they are saying from our end photo was good now its mine issue
In this product this photo print is a main product
They want me to give this has gift
It was cost 799 very expensive because quality wise also not upto mark.
They didn't even package photo copy properly

Dear Team,

I have placed photo frames order with Thefreakykart online portal on instagram and paid 1704 amount to them.
I got all the details from then on whatsapp but as per the given date they didn't deliver my products and frequently giving reasons.
I have requested them to refund my amount but they are not ready to give my money neither delivering my products.
Kindly look into it and take legal action against this online fraudulent.
As they don't have any fearness and they are openly cheating people.
They have blocked me on instagram as I have commented on their post on instagram for people awareness.
