I had ordered it on website thesalecart, in on 24 september 2022
after that they give me email regarding comformation of my payment
my order #1157
they tell me that it is on the way.
but i didnt get ant courier information till yet
please help

Hello sir/madam,
This is in regards to complaint with website the salecart.com posted an add on internet saying there is a huge discount sale on apple airpods.
The advertising stated discounted price for 2499rs. The sale cart.com website stated original apple airpods with warranty rs 2499.
I placed an order no #1063 on 1st june 2018. The product was received to me on 5th june 2018 with (Cod) cash in delivery option via delhivery courier services.
When i opened the package the seller had sent fake chinese made item which cost not even rs.700. The website mentioned that it is an original product but they sent me fake one. But their add says its original with warranty.
The same day i registered for refund of money from the same website from where this was booked, but till date there is no revert/update or call from them.
Secondly today i:e 15th june 2018 i have sent mail on following email id : [protected]@thesalecart.com with complete details and awaiting for update from them...
Requesting you to please have some strickt action taken against this website and have them stopped fooling other people..

I had the same problem too. I registered a complaint on the national consumers forum. They have not replied to me or the Consumer Helpline. I will be going ahead with the case against the company. I think you all should too.
I ordered MMEF2 Wireless Airpod with Duel Optical Sensors(white)
But he delivered fake product now above website is not open so I can’t refund that product.

I have immediately raised the Return request & have put my Review on the product.
Till time i have repeated the return request 3 time by no response at all.
Strict action must be taken from such portal, Fake & Cheep I7S airpod was given against the described APPLE MMEF2 Airpod.
No Customer care No / cell to contact nos / details.
Same product was also sold from many other sites such as SALEBAZAR.com.
Worst online shopping Experience. 2500 rs. charged & Cheep 600 Rs. product given
I am going to order 2 more airpods on COD & will not pay the COD Charges.
Will also place many other Fake orders for the Airpods.
