Here, one things is interesting that although website made in name of The SEX Toys India, payment confermation sent by another company. that is PRATYASHA FASHION GALAXY OPC PVT.LTD
This company informed me-

This is a fraud and cheater company.PRATYASHA FASHION GALAXY OPC PVT.LTD is also same company.
They took my 15717.90 money and didnot supply machine

I hve orderd for a ### machine in month of November 2021 and paid online rs 15800. I had not received product.
After several reminders, they did not supply this item and also not refund my money. It means, this is a fake site. Cheating site and involve in bad practices.Please beware from this site.

I placed the order on 9th march on www.thesextoysindia.com and the product was supposed to be delivered to me by 15th march but it still shows processing. I tried to contact the number given on website they were listening to me before the order was placed but after placing the order and paying thr full amount of 1888 Rs they started ignoring me. I told them to refund me the amount as I didn't get the product but instead of helping me out they started ignoring me and put my calls on busy list. What is this behaviour ?? Atleast show some professionalism.

I am requesting you, please contact me and refund me my money.1800 is a big money for me. I am in depression due to this. I might go for suicide if my refund will not be given to me.
