They are scammers once they received payments then never answer the call and message.
Please help me they cheat me and many more peoples.

This is fraud company doing fraud they are asking for online payment bit not delivering the products and also I noted that their so many compalint againt pratap but still he running this website. This need to be shut down

I have been using the website for the last 1 year to purchase my personal product but they never cheated me like other guys saying. They always sent me the correct and genuine products. I don't know that why some people complaining about this website. As I said that I have never been cheated by them so I have no complaints about them. I know that Thesextoysinda.com is a very popular and genuine website among others. They have a huge collection of a very good quality of various products.

This website and its owners are major fraudsters, ripping off lots of customers of big bucks. I lost Rs. 3000 to them and they never sent my product, not refunded me the amount. The website insists you prepay for the product, luring customers with a 10% discount. When you pay online as I did (by PayU), your money is gone and you will never see it again, nor will you get the product. I wrote to the company several times and they tried to cheat me again by saying they can't send the product I ordered unless I get more items from them! Then they stopped answering my demands for a refund altogether. Huge disappointment to say the least. Please do NOT order from these Scamsters and Fraudsters as you will regret it. The so called 5-star reviews and positive feedbacks are all fake if you haven't figured it out yet. Buyer Beware!

I have ordered a product a few days ago and got the same product. Product quality was so good and they sent me a genuine product, no cheating or wasted product. I'm fully satisfied because I really have no bad experience with this company ever. I want to also mention that the support staff of this company is really very helpful and kind.

It’s a big fraud website every month they are cheating more then 300 people,

If we order something using COD from this website she will call you and offer 10% discount on online payment and she will promise a 3days delivery. If you pay you will loose your money, you will never get any response

I ordered thrusting rabbit rechargeable vibrator from them but sent me completely different cheap one which wasn't rechargeable. It came in a filthy packing and seemed used. Since then i tried all modes of communication to reach the company but got no response. They do have the return policy but there is no link on website to raise one. Please help me to get my money or replacement from these frauds. I am attaching photo of the product mentioned...
