Thes person also prevents you from login to his site to view the product status . Fake site

I ordered a sex toy from https://thesextoysindia.com/ of ₹2435.80 on 3rd November, 2021. It’s been 15 since i ordered and till now i haven’t received any updates on the order. After checking reviews of this website i was shocked as this website was a SCAM site. I request you to please do the needful to stop this (and many other like this) website from scamming people again and if possible refund my amount.
I’ve attached all the necessary details for the proof of my payment with this complaint.

I had placed order on this website for a product worth 4800 rupees on March 25, 2021 and prepaid the amount . I received the confirmation email also for same but didn't receive the product. Customer care numbers don't respond to calls and messages. I think this is a fake company. Please take action against it and process for refund of my amount. Thank you
