I have placed an order for a dress on 24th jan 2020 and waited for the delivery for two months. It was a prepaid order. Tried tracking my order but website showed up nothing. Tried mailing and calling but not reachable. Action should be taken against this by tracking thr ip address and mail and contact numbers provided.

I have recieved a order confirmation mail and so I waited till today but no further communication has been done on their end
I tried to open the website : thewomenstyl.com and it says the website is unreachable

Kindly take an action on the website and make them refund our money

My order was placed on 25th january 2020. As there was no options to choose the mode of payment available so i paid online. I have received a confirmation message on my order placement, but there was no further communication. Screenshot is attached below.
