Company cheated comsumers by promise to provide tourism services and taking huge amounts and not picking any call and office is also shifted or closed we don't know and not any authorised person to talk.

So help us from this big fraud .

I received a fake call stating that they are calling from D-Mart and I have receive the holiday package for which I have to visit the branch in Ghatkopar to recive free gift. but I came to know that it's another company called Thomas ed even after telling number of times I don't want your package I was forced into it by brainwashing 2 to 3 hours telling about their package not letting me go even after 3 hours of discussion I was with my daughter why was very polite and nice to them and at the end send their agreement. On the basis of there service commitment.

1 I was told they will pay emi till August for which I a haven't received any thing from them.

2 AMC charge mentioned is 250 rs but they as asking for 1000 per day per person.

3 called number of time but no answer even if some one answers I have to tell them each and everything every time. Which is fustrating and mentally disturbing. Even after which nothing happens

4 not received any email for summer package and they have committed for gym membership for talvalkars gym for which they are telling they will only provide only 7000 for year and rest I will have to pay. Which I was not told before signing the agreement.

I was just want this membership to be cancelled and want money should be returned because of this I am mentally disturbed which is taking toll on my family and my children from which my son is differently disabled since birth.

I have paid them 50, 000/- against the package of rs 1, 25, 000/- and when in jan 2020 i send them mail and wanted to pay the balance amount then i don't get any reply. I called their phone nos. Of kolkata branch and mumbai office i find the numbers are switched off. I went to trace their office at the address of kolkata branch but found that they have vacated by dec 2019. Now i find from the google that this company has cheated many people.

I hav taken membership of the company by paying 1 lac rs but company are cheated with me and not picked up call or not relying my emails they people give 100 rs stamp paer and from thedate of taking membership no any service provide to me from there side its happen in feb 2019 i m paying emi evry moth for the same. So please take strickly action against them and refurnd my amount as early as possible...

Thomas ed pvt ltd company (Sea woods grand central mall) i was purchased one holiday package from this company. For 3 years 21 day nights holiday and i pay their registration charges rs.15000 by card. I sign one agreement about the services. But now this company is not taking my call and this company is not responding me so kindly help me to recover my money from this company.

We were contacted in seawoods grand central mall, and won a gift, when gone to collect he gift understood it is a holiday package membership offer for 5 years, as it was very lucrative we took the offer for 91000₹,
On trying to contact them for bookings all the customer care mobile numbers and mail id and non responsive and switched off.

Hi team,

I have purchased the package of 1 lac rupees to travel the world and complimentary services (Such as movie tickets, gym, banquet hall and other activity) while purchasing the package i used my credit card and they divided the whole amount into emi but later on i received a monthly statement from bank which the whole amount is deducted and not converted into emi.. Later on i chased to them and they requested to me to convert the whole amount into emi and they promised to pay me interest and processing fee.

I have 100 rupee govt bond paper which company stated that they are liable to pay me the all services.
