Service number 2289, have taken our Sony TV for fixing and not returned even after a month, trying to reach them for more than a week now

    One of the worst service centre who handles the customer's product without any care.
    No professional staffs and worst service I had with my Samsung 3D TV.

    I raised a complaint to change my LED backlight.
    They took my tv to their service centre at arumbakkam. Only one senior technician Mr. JANAKIRAMAN is available in that centre. Rest all trainees or apprentice I hope.

    Instead of changing my LED TV backlight, JANAKIRAMAN is a world-class technician who broke my TV panel and changed the same with Duplicate one. Taped completely.

    When they return my tv back,
    at First time panel is not mounted properly, again they took back to the service centre.
    second time unable to connect with wifi, again they took back to the service centre.
    third-time wall mount screw was missing.

    Such an irritating, UNPROFESSIONAL services I ever had in my life.

    For this *** service, I paid 6k as well.

    Within a week I faced some black spot on some areas and informed to the owner Mr. PRAKASH and no response from him yet.

    Now the complete picture is gone. When checked with Samsung authorised centre, they said my panel is a duplicate one and the power supply board is covered with some plastic covers which is unprofessional.

    My TV value is around 80K. NOW ITS OF NO USE. ENTIRE MONEY GONE. DONT TRUST THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE.

    Please don't lose your valuable products by giving to these kinds o[censored]nprofessional, unethical service centres.

      My Samsung Refrigerator is having cooling issue, On 1st July service person visited and refilled Gas. Post refill, he told to switch off the Refrigerator for 45 mins and to switch on. He charged Rs.3000 and left. After switched ON, there is no difference, Still problem not rectified and they are not responding to the calls for past 5 days. Attached the Invoice copy
