Reg: Amount refund

This is Gunasekaran,

I have booked online ticket for Kallada travels by ticketvala.com. But without my knowledge Kallada travels canceled my ticket.

PNR : KUS0BD
Operator PNR : OHYD96015

This process happened two months ago. But still i didn't get my money back. I was tried kallada travells and ticketvala customer care. no response from anybody.

So pls customers, dont...

FRAUD TICKET BOOKING THROUGH TICKETVALA.COM

I had made a transaction/payment of Rs 2040.00 on 05.01.2010 through online payment gateway of ticketvala.com for booking the bus tickets BY CREDIT CARD. Co incidentally the amount has been debited from card without generations of tickets/PNR nos. of ticket. I had tried lot of time on their contacts as given in the web site reached. At the same time immediately I had sent the mail also on email id as given in the web site.

WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This is the worst ever customer service I have ever come across.

First - They dont know proper English. They speak in such a manner that I need to ask them plenty of times what they said.
2) they often put on hold and go off to check something without even asking the customer.
3) They play a horrible sound that makes your ear buds pain. (too sound)
4) They don't notice (or register) your details...
