I kept my all house hold items (TV, Fridge, Washing machine, Gas, etc) including my important documents on 12th Dec 2020. I never ever imagined that i wouldn't return back my items. Now our offices are calling us to back to Bangalore.

For last one months, I am trying to reach him out and asking to return my items but he used to say Ï will do it by tomorrow). Now for last 2 weeks, he is not even responding even. I kept giving the storage charge in every month. The person who is playing with me and owner of this company is Pawan Barala ( [protected]).

I am going through severe mentally stress as i am not getting any response from Tome touch/Pawan. As our certificates' are in the storage and it is extremely important. It seems like the Pawan is a thief and liar. He is not going to return the items. I am attaching few receipts, chat screen shots and Pawan's picture. I have immense hope to get back my items through this complain.

During covid time, we kept our whole luggage with essential orignal documents everything at the warehouse owned by Pawan Barala - Timetouch services, warehouse in Bangalore.
He has charged 14.5k to pack and take the luggage and every month we are paying from last2.5 years. we have paid 50k+ rent, now when we want our luggage back.From last 4 months he is harrasing us and not respnding back. Please do the needful we want our important documents and stuff. We are trying hard to reach the person but he is not responding.

I have engaged Time Touch Relocation Logistics through my cousin Sandhya Viswan to move by 4 suitcases from Bangalore to Trivandrum on 28th of March.

The fee that I negotiated with Mr Pawan from Time Touch was for delivery of the bags in three days. I was also promised the tracking number for this service.

The bags were collected from Sandhya on 28th March on which the payment of Rs 7100 was made. When the promised delivery date of 31st was up and I did not receive any signs of delivery, I had contacted Pawan. I was informed that 29th Monday being a holiday for Holi they were not able to initiate the shipment. A couple of days past, I had called Pawan again to check the status of the delivery and I was informed that the bags are in Trivandrum and will be delivered the next day morning.

The next day morning my attempts to contact Pawan did not succeed as he was purposely rejecting my calls. However, on trying from a different phone number I was able to contact him and I was promised that the bags will be delivered in an hours time. I realized that it was a blatant lie as the bags were not delivered on that day too. All this while I was requesting for the tracking number of my delivery and other than saying that the number will be forwarded to my number, I never received the tracking number.

It was Sunday, 4th April by this time and there were still no signs of the bag. After several attempts to contact Mr Pawan, my cousin Sandhya was able to contact him and a screenshot of a receipt of a different parcel service, Kerala Parcel Service was shared. We found out from the receipt that the bags were handed over only on Wednesday (after being with Time Touch since Sunday 28th). Sandhya called up the number on the receipt was told that bag had been sent on Thursday and it takes 2 days to reach Kochi, which means that it would have reached only on Saturday.

On Monday, I got a call from the Kerala Parcel Service, that the bags were on the way from Kochi and would reach him in a couple of hours. By Afternoon, I received the bags - a week and a day later it was handed over to Time Touch.

By experience with Time Touch has been filled with a lot of worry and frustration. The lack of communication and the rejection of our attempts to communicate with Pawan all added to our worry. Not only did we receive a terrible service from Time Touch, I also feel I was overcharged for a service promising an express delivery of three days and was left out with no tracking or update once the bags were received.
