Ordered fastrack watches from website named "timefactory99.com" in a sale costing rs 1348 but all the products are fake, it was given 15 days return policy but now there is no option of returning the watches, the phone number they called us is also fake and is blocked now. Duplicate and wrong product has been delivered for order number order #16467 (20/07/2018). Amount - rs. 1278.

I order 3 fasttrack combo watches set and i received only 2 duplicate fast track watches not even worth rs 100. Also the name is also different (Fasttrack -> fasttrach) watch and 1 renee watch. Also the product what i received is completely different design and 1 watch strap is broken. I didn’t ordered these...

I had ordered three female watches but received one broken watch which were duplicate also. I paid inr 1239. I request your goodself to kindly refund the amount and return the watches. Also the watches were of very cheap quality. I am now not even getting how to return it. There was a refundable option too but now it is not even showing. This is very disturbing.
Please do the needful...

I purchased fast track watch combo from this time machin99, i recevied order yesterday, item worth is 1286 but i get watches not even worth of 100 rs and have different brand, its too local quality watches,

Before ordering i could see return policy on website but now after product delivery i even didn't find anything to return it.
