They charge from me 29998 rs (14999×2) for tour package but when I required service they didn't pick my call and not responded my emails they are fraud. the site of timesofyatra also not working. Please issue me refund for this fraud by times of yatra

This is a big fraud website on internet timesofyatra.com, they called & said that on membership of rs 15000, u will get a cell phone & a holiday package of any hotel of your choice

Once i paid they said wait for 90 days for phone, then they said you need to bring 10 customer for the phone gift.

I told them to give holiday package but it ws worst

Dear sir,

On 6 th october 2018 i have received a call from mr. Sachin (Phone number: [protected]) saying that we offer you a dell leptop to promot our travel compony.

You have to paid (Rs 14999) via paytm with monthly instalment 1250 rs.

By my mistake it was full payment by card. So i told mr. Sachin that

Its payment fully paid. He told me try to convert on emi of 12 month

By mistake once more time trandsction done of (Rs 14999)

Total money spend rs 29998

Then mr. Sachin told me your by mistake transaction rs 14999 refund within 5-6 working days and your assure gift will courier 10-15 days

While the days are passing they are not sending me any gift or refund money. Whenever i call to compony mr. Sachin not on call and other employee (Smt anjali) attend the call and the inform mr that mr. Sachin leave the job.

Whenever i call to compony employees told me your refund and gift in under process after too much my argument they mail me to refund money of rs 14999 before 15th december 2018

But still not received money

I tierd to mail and telephonic to refund my money i told them i dont want a gift which you offerd me i whant my money back (Rs 29998)

But they have new scheam for me

They told we were gift a dell leptop on behalf to promot other 5 person for our tour package after they will send a gift

Now days are passing and they had new mail for me that

Compony will refund money (Rs 14999) before 15th feb 2018.

Employees of compony are behaving rudly and not givven propper response.

Sales executive (Smt anamika) also not given proper response and told me that your 1st transaction will not refund. You must have to use compony services.

This company is cheating, fraud company which calls the people daily and forcing to take the package and deliver nothing. Please

The company has a website named timeofyatra.com and all the fraud information is published on the website like 24x7 customer support etc.

They are never available before 10:30 am and after 5pm.

This is a big fraud company and time for me expose this company to get my refund and prevent other people’s being cheated from the same.

I request you to consider my grievance and take necessary action on this website /company.
