Please find the appended images of the payment done from my end. Subscription is for Times Prime and the payment has been made to Times of India. Kindly initiate the refund as soon as possible.

Issued faced as per the earlier mail - I request you to kindly resolve my issue, by mistake I have opted for the digital subscription, instead of physical subscription and I have not used it as I was looking for hard copy subscription. I have opted for the physical subscription.

Kindly refund my times prime subscription.

Was shown that would get Country Delight subscription of 249/-, but now after subscribing, there is no mention of the same.
Also, the You Tube prime subscription is only for 2 months and not 4 (2+2) months.
Hence, am in loss; and want to withdraw the subscription; and want my amount refunded.

Scammed me for 799 Inr. Money was deducted from my account but failed to renew my membership. Have written multiple emails to support team but no reply whatsoever.

I had made a payment for Times Prime Subscription of Rs. 599 but they are saying it has not been received by them. I have already sent them all the bank details but still they are avoiding my message and not replying back. It is a fraud company and gives fake offer to attract people and they fail their transaction. After which they don't even return it back. I want to make a consumer complaint against this company for fake offer.

Timesprime.com is not delivering service promised.
I have mailed them multiple times about my dineout subscription not working, which was promised with timesprime.com membership.
I am not able to get any response from them to rectify it.

i need this issue to be resolved or need my money back with Panelty to timesprime.com

I lost my sim which was linked to my times prime membership and I am unable to use it and I emailed them but they are not providing any resolution
