I had booked a package deal of tirupati balaji darshan for 7 people and booked an innova on 1st december 2018. The total amount agreed was 10, 750 as mentioned on the website as well. This was discussed over the phone. Later i made the payment to the bank account details shared by them as an advance amount of rs 5, 125 through online payment on 01-dec-2018.
They confirmed the booking and sent an email confirmation.
The booking was made for 2nd dec 2018, but they failed to provide the taxi and the service which was booked for 5 am pickup in the morning. We all were waiting for the taxi and they didn't even bother to inform. Later at 7 am they picked the phone and rudely said that taxi is not available and forced us to take the package on some other day.
I requested for the refund and exchanged over 20 emails since then. They are not responding to the emails, nor to the phone calls.
The booking number is only responding and the lady just passes the message and ask to contact another number which never gets responded.
It is been over 9 months i am chasing for the refund and i am not getting any response from them. Finally, i have logged a complaint in consumer portal.

unprofessional behaviour of travel agents - taking money and cheating

Very very worst experience. We booked travel for 22 nd June. They asked for a reservation fee of ₹2030. We paid it during booking. We tried to contact them over phone regarding the ticket booking for 11 Am darshan on May 25th. We got a very rude response from a lady saying we will inform only before 2 weeks from the date of travel and she cut the call. Later on 4th June they sent tickets for some bus travels along with TTD darshan ticket for a total of ₹1449 for 4 PM darshan. We asked them then to change it to 11 AM darshan and they started talking back with very bad attitude. They were very very rude and very unprofessional. They were shouting saying it is your mistake. Finally they disconnected the call saying you cancel the booking I will give you the refund. So immediately we cancelled it. When we call back on 17th June again when we dint get refund, they again bad mouthed saying I will refund only ₹500. We lost money and there is no respect with these people. I wish you choose a different travels and enjoy your trip than fall into their trap. Mind you they badmouth and they disconnect the call since they have our money. So BEWARE.

Hi,
First we booked for 6 members after confirming with the executive on 27th july. After 2 days they called and informed tickets available for 29th. I asked to book 7 ticket instead of 6. They confirmed. And i shared all the details. But finaly when i received teh tickets it was only for 6 people. And they are ignoring entire conversation. Now they are charging 250 extra per ticket also. What a poor service
Ms. Priya and mr. Suman both are shouting at me now. Tell me what should i do now

I booked a chennai-tirupati one day package online with tirumala tirupati balaji travels (Venkata narayana road, t nagar, chennai -600017) on 23/05/2018 for the scheduled trip on 27/05/2018. I booked this for a cousin of mine who lives in port blair and she came to chennai primarily for tirupati darshan. It was mentioned in the confirmation mail sent by the travel agency that the darshan tickets will be sent to me and a representative will contact me with further details. Neither of these happened till 26/05/2018 and i contacted the number given in the confirmation mail. I was told that i should be there at 6 am at the guindy railway station stop. We waited there from 5.40 am to 7am and no one showed up and contacted us. The contact no. Given in the confirmation mail was put in call divert and no one picked up. I contacted the same number today to express my grievance (Mr. Parthipan [protected]), to my shock, instead of apologising, he shouted at me abused me. He told me that i should have contacted them over phone before booking. This, to my knowledge, is not a practice in online booking. I told him that i am going to take this up seriously and will make a formal complaint. I now demand adequate compensation from the travel agency that include my cousin's up and down air ticket from port blair, to and fro cab fare from my residence to guindy railway station and a suitable compensation for inconvenience caused in addition to the money they collected for darshan. And of course an apology for the verbal abuse.

reg. fraudulent booking of seeghra darshan ticket to visit tirumala

R/sir,
I the undersigned had booked for seeghar darshan ticket no. Ttb/2017/18308 on 07/09/2017 five members amounting to rs.2550/- for jurney date on 10/09/2017 at 10.00am throught tirumala tirupati balaji travels.
2. But on reaching tirumala on 10/09/2017 the authorities at tirumala had intimated the undersigned that the above ticket is bogus/fake ticket. Hence, you have to purchase fresh ticket for darshan accordingly; i proceeded for darshan in free darshan scheme.
3. In view of the above. I would request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and refund the amount of rs.2550/- expended towards above ticket no. Ticket no. Ttb/2017/18308 on 07/09/2017 into my sbi account no.[protected] to avdid financial loss.
4. A live of confirmation in this regard may also be conveyed to me in my email address:- [protected]@gmail.com at the earliest please.

not refunding amount after cancelling ticket

We booked online ticket on 30-jul-2017 for tirupati balaji darshan of amount 3682/- for[protected].
[protected] they called and told darshan not avalable of 15th and asked for cancellation.
We cancelled it on 14th. They informed that full refund amount you will get in 1 week, but still we did not receive any amount in bank account.
They even not pick customer's call ever.

I have booked seeghra darshan ticket on 29th December. My darshan is on 6Jan but still i have not recieved ticket. I thing i used wrong site for booking. They are not even redponding

Refund of cancelled ticket pending

We booked ac toyota innova car as a package for tirupati temple darshan on 26th may 2017 from chennai for travel on 29th may 2017. Ticket no. Ttb/2017/11902 was issued against our part payment of rs 2550 for 4 people. We made online payment (Icici bank) we had to cancel this the next day and we were informed that after certain deductions our payment will be refunded. We came back to kolkata and waited. When we contacted ttb at +91-[protected] they asked for our bank details which were immediately provided. Still, after many enquiries and reminders we are yet to get our due refund. Please help us in this matter.
