I have asking them for book the tirupati darshan tickets but they are told me to buy it by own with rude voice over the phone. And asking me transfer the money first but I need confirmation that they can book the tickets....

Dear concerned, I had enquired about one day trip from Chennai to Tirumala on emails and had quite a few doubts to be addressed, as i am based in UAE. During the course of mail exchanges i got a harsh tone mentioning ''WHAT WAS MY PROBLEM'' which i took offensive hence i gently turned down the entire trip. This provoked the concerned addressing my mail and replied using foul languages and threatening to take me to task for this....

I had booked a day package to Tirupati from this agent on the 7th of August for my senior citizen parents, for which I shared their ID details, photograph and an online transfer of Rs. 1000 advance to their account on 6th.
