Watch stopped working in Guarantee Period

From Titan Store/Online, I purchased a KENNETH COLE watch variant No KC50710004MN as per Invoice No 1171706 date 02/06/2021, Sale Order No 433188 date 31/05/2021 (COPY OF INVOICE IS ATTACHED HEREWITH).
Complaint Issue : While I was pulling the needle/key of my watch to set the time, the key came out from the watch. After that the watch is working well but a small castor (चकरी) is showing loose in the watch which may affect its working or may damage any other part. So for the safety purpose I am not using the watch and kept it aside. I am attaching herewith a picture in which that small part is showing. Copy of INVOICE is also attached. Kindly log in my complaint and arrange to solve the issue at the earliest.

EPS payment settlement 20 years delay. Exempted establishment.

I worked wIth Titan for 9 years[protected] I am running from pillar tp post to get finall settlement as I am Employed, Titan being exempted establishment keeps on advising me fill different forms online wheras online it clearly says " NO DATA FOUND FOR THIS MEMBER ID. Either Titan has not submitted my funds to trust or has eaten it up thinking I will not claim after so many years.
I RECEIVEd A WHATS APP MESSAGE ON 20.05.20 AT 6.24 PM, FROM ONE OF HR's INVOLVED DEMANDING FOR 30 PERCENT COMMISSION FOR EPS SETTLEMENT.
* Titan advises member to generate UAN Online.
Error message online “ NO DATA FOUND FOR MEMBER ID”
CBSLM[protected].
* Titan then advises member to transfer EPS to another UAN member
has with last employer.
Error message online “ NO DATA FOUND FOR MEMBER ID”
CBSLM[protected].
In this condition, the only option left out is Manual form 10C for full withdrawal or Form 13 for manual transfer.
I have submitted both of the forms multiple times by now, but responsible officials fail to process my request further.
If they demand commission, whats app message will be made public and will be forwarded directly to labor commissioner.
Once again I am attaching following documents and expect Titan to be shameful and respectful towards existing employees to retain present ones.

purchase of gold coin

I purchased a 24 carat gold coin on 08.10.2019. The weightage was 2 grams and price charged was rs.9208.59. This works out to rs.4604.295/- per gram. The making charges were rs.682.12 for the entire 2 grams and taxes of rs.276.26/-.
The bill also shows a marker that the standard 24 carat gold rate was rs.4263/- (Whatever that wold mean) for that day.
The gold rate was rs.3948/- per gram for 24 carat gold in mumbai (Please refer to the website - https://www.bankbazaar.com/gold-rate-mumbai.html)
In this even, please explain as to how have you charged beyond rs.3948/- per gram and also explain the standard rate markers on your bill.
The bill also shows a marker that the standard 24 carat gold rate was rs.4263/- (Whatever that wold mean) for that day.

careless blue dart courier service

Recently i applied for creitcard and card has been approved and dispatched. When i check online status it is showing that “delivery attempted - premises closed”.
But no one called me regarding to delivery and no one visited my home still online status is updating everyday. This is what a big courier service bluedart is giving a worst service to the customers.
When i visited to courier office they told me that credit card can’t be given in hand in office and can be delivered at home only but no one will come home to delivery and automatically status will be updated (What a worst service). This is second time for me like this situation.
How banks are trusting this courier service?

there no judgement since from 1993 from mirzapur court

I had send 56 shares for transfer in my name in 1993 with all formal and legal
transfer deed to titan watch limited . after geting transfer the seller party has
complaint and do a case to company that he had not signed and sell the shares
the matter goes to judisiary subject in mirzapur court between seller party and
titan company limited since from 1993 but still the justice is not came.
i am getting annual report. and voting papers but since from my dividend and
shares... right shares... bonus shares are so far away from me.
some time i get mental. phycal and financial haresment on my self,
i hope i will soon here from court about justice ...

Dear HelpDesk of Titan Company,
I had purchased a watch during June 2013, which now has UCP as Rs. 7495. As the piece was found defective, Titan Showroom at AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad, offered to exchange the watch after deduction of Depreciation amount. I received Depreciation Coupon from Titan which has Net amount of Rs. 5246.50, after depreciation of Rs. 2248.50.
I went to the nearest Titan Showroom to buy four watches using the amount Rs. 5246.50 offered in the Depreciation Coupon.
After the selection of the watches, when I go to the billing counter, I am instructed to take only one watch as their system does not allow to billing for two watches using the same the same Depreciation Coupon.
Please note that there is no mention of such a rule in the Depreciation coupon.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! Here is my take. I need to be allowed to buy at lest 3 watches for this amount that Titan is willing to return back to me.:
When I purchased a watch for Rs. 7495, and it worked well during the warrarnty period, and within a month after warranty period the watches stops working. I go to the Titan Showroom, where I purchased the watch, and they say after a few weeks, that the company identified this piece as a defective piece and wants to refund the money.
What can be done about this? So, I had to agree.
After this experience, I am not willing to buy any more of Titan watches. Titan cannot assume monopoly and keep imposing rules on customers.
I wanted the money back, but they would not agree to return the money, I have come to terms to just get the money after the depreciation(Ideally for having sold a defective piece, I expect the Company to refund the entire amount. But that is a far off dream).
As they insisted to choose watch in exchange of this watch, after compromising, I chose 4 watches total worth of Rs. 6000 approx. Now, another clause comes up from Titan. They say I need to take only one watch, obviously its price should be more than the refund amount. With the bad experience I had got by buying a costly watch at Titan, Why will I buy a costly watch any more?
My complaint to Titan is to either give back my money or allow me to buy more than one watch using the Depreciation coupon. Isnt that a fair ask?
If online has restrictions to allow multiple watches to be purchased on the Depreciation coupon issued for one watch, then why cant you do this offline transactions? Have a physical bill book for such kind of complicated transaction, instead of forcing customers to buy from Titan for lifetime.

Anujanjee's response I haven't received my watch yet .I called them but they have no answer regarding when my watched wil b repaired .Jus telling me to wait few more days .

Titan Company Limited — chain link pins damaged frequently
Now this is third time i need to visiting your service center here in dharmapuri for the same subject in the last one year. Nithyakumar [protected] I gave watch for repairing on 26/09/2016
And date given to me by titan company to return watch was 21/10/2016

This is reference to the issue raised at Titan customer care, wherein watch has worked fine in warranty period, but post that most of the time watch laying in Titan show Belapur Navi Mumbai store. It has been going on since 2014 and recently when watch has a issue, handed over to Titan store and wrote Titan for refund, then they said only 20% as depreciation coupon will offered i.e only appx Rs. 2500/- against the purchase value of Rs.12500/-.
Request you to take a note and expect reasonable solutions.
This is automatic watch and still at Titan branch from past 2months.
