Not received full amount of loan

I applied for Rs.5, 00, 000.00 as home loan through SBI Zonal branch, Ranchi (Jharkhand). I got this amount in steps of installments but the full interest amount was deducted since starting month on wards. The last amount was 50, 000.00 but not credited full 50, 000.00. It was 48031.00 only and the SBI staff not at all informed us why the remaining amount is not paid. Since the starting onwards the Behavior of bank staffs is very bad like...

I have deposited a SBI cheque of Rs. 10,000/- in the drop box of HDFC Bank Colaba Branch, Near Regal Theatre towards payment of credit card. Till to date the SBI cheque is not deposited against my credit card account. I want the clarification why it happen with this much reputed bank.
