The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. Refund of money
I wanted to avail the facilities which the company has stated in there voucher. We are trying to contact them on there phone and email addresses since last 2months. because my membership is valid till 10th Dec 2008.So I wanted to take benefit whatever I invested. but due to lack of response I could not get.
