I have booked a seat(Madurai to Chen na tambaram..20:10)..the money was debited from my account but the ticket was not booked...and I need refund ..there is no information about refund ..

Two weeks before I book a ticket from Chennai to Nagapattianam the amount will be done but the ticket cannot be confirmed then I call the customer care service till they cannot be refund my money so please consider my queries.

i have booked a ticket from Pollachi to chennai, and cancelled due to change in date, cancelled my ticket immediately after booking, but the refund isn't issued, ticket cancelled sucessful, then i checked the refund status in website the status was showing "Refund Not Available for this request" kindly help me with this

I booked 2 tickets, amount has been successfully transactioned.But my tickets are not booked after transaction.

When booked E-ticket from TNSTC, Departure-timely bus has not arrived and no one contacted us from TNSTC.
Frequently faced an issue for the same of several people.
Take it seriously and consider my concerns. I have already booked two trip.
Based on poor service we will cancelled our tickets.
We hope and do the best service on a government basis to book the ticket. Every time comes delay and irresponsibility to the public.
The Public will go for alternative service. They are doing well and care about this.
Somebody made the mistake and the entire government's name will be damaged.
Very worst Experience that service. Why do we need to advance booking to travel?
Without hesitation and peaceful travel journey and time to reach our destination.
