Tnurban Pay Complaints & Reviews

I have remitted property tax for the assessment number 086/040/905222 through tnurbanepay portal on 24/4/2023. Rs. 4492 amount debited from my account, but the receipt is not generated yet. Kindly arrange to provide recipt for the same.
During the payment process, there was failure and no confirmation got generated. But the amount got debited from the bank . Upon checking with Bank, Bank confirmed the amount has been credited to the beneficiary.

Imitated property tax bill paid yesterday .. found error while processing and payment has debited in my account .
