I have made a payment for my residential tax of 2432Rs. Including penalty.. I done the payment by phonepay QR method. My money got deducted but recipet or payment history not generated.. No SMS for phone, how can I get the tax paid receipt, pls help.. My municipal corporation is trichy comes under Ko abhekapuram.. very worst service by TN- E pay tax.. I suggest everybody not to use online payment.. better go and pay your tax and get hard...

I paid water tax in tnurbanepay using mobiwiki on 5th july 2021 00:45. It has not generated receipt or processed refund.

For water connection number 150/024/00880 and 150/024/00262, i have paid amount 360Rs twice and both the time the Money deducted from my account but bill didn't get generated. Please resolve the issue and credit my money back to my account

I have paid Rs.7824/- for property tax for the year 2021-22 (I and II) through online on 19 April 21. Amount debited from ICICI bank a/c on 19April 2021 . Not received the Receipt.

For Sivagangai Municipality, paid tax for REGURAMAN, Assessment No: 112/006/00420.

Paid Rs 502 through SBI Debit Card, the transaction number is SBIPG VT[protected]TNCMACUB MUMBAI.

The amount got debited from account but payment not processed and receipt not generated.

Kindly check this issue...

Today I paid the property tax using tnurbanepay.gov.in for Mannargudi municipality. The bank has deducted but no bill was generated. Pls help if any one have got the refund or payment completed after few days.. pls advise.

I paid my property tax through Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in, Sembakkam municipality. amount (Rs 12, 712) debited from my credit card and no receipt / acknowledgement received and not updated in their system also. Waited few hours for reversal even that also doesn't happen. Grievance system in their site doesn't work. Any other way to reach them and update the records?

Hi., Today i paid my water supply bill 1560 and another bill was 2340 through TNURBANEPAY site. Money was deducted from my account but the payment receipt was not generated on the site and the deducted money also not reflected on the portal. Can anyone help me to get the money back? or guide me to get the receipt(s) for my payment(s).

I have paid tax for property and water for 2020-21, but the receipt was not generated and not reflecting as tax paid, still, it shows as not paid.

Sir I paid property tax of Rs.2402 on 22/12/2020. Money was debited but I didn't get any receipt. My Assessment number is 015/015/01848. Please resend the money back to the account or send the receipt. Kindly solve our issue.

My Water tax customer no is 138/034/01288, yesterday morning I have paid Rs.1485 though tnurbanepay online portal and amount debited from my Axis bank, but receipt not generated and it showing to pay only. Please generate receipt of refund my amount.

03.11.20(Today) paid property tax through Online, amount debited from my account, It shows amount to paid.

I request to refund the amount.

On 14-sep-20, I have paid an property tax online from sbi to tnurbanepay website. money got deducted from bank side, but not reflected in the tnurbanepay site. I tried to raise a complaint on the website, but couldn't as the website resets to home page when I submit. raised an complaint to billjuction payments from their website too, no response. Please guide me what to do. furnished the details below,

My assessment number is 007/009/00053. Looks like someone from the neighborhood also has same assessment number for his water supply tax. Last week I paid allowed to pay only for my 1)property tax 2) UGD tax 3) water tax.
However I received receipt (007/CP/20-21/0004830) for water tax for some other name. I raised a complaint immediately (complaint number 007/CP/20-21/0004708) but no response till date. I also reached out to Pallavapuram municipality over phone but there was no help.

Assessment no. Of my property is not getting added under "add assessment" option. It gives an error stating that assessment no. Already exists. However the same is not listed under "property list" option also. Pls address this issue on priority...
