On 14-sep-20, I have paid an property tax online from sbi to tnurbanepay website. money got deducted from bank side, but not reflected in the tnurbanepay site. I tried to raise a complaint on the website, but couldn't as the website resets to home page when I submit. raised an complaint to billjuction payments from their website too, no response. Please guide me what to do. furnished the details below,

Date of payment : 14-sep-20
bank : sbi online

Prop tax amount : Rs.2124

    My assessment number is 007/009/00053. Looks like someone from the neighborhood also has same assessment number for his water supply tax. Last week I paid allowed to pay only for my 1)property tax 2) UGD tax 3) water tax.
    However I received receipt (007/CP/20-21/0004830) for water tax for some other name. I raised a complaint immediately (complaint number 007/CP/20-21/0004708) but no response till date. I also reached out to Pallavapuram municipality over phone but there was no help.

      Assessment no. Of my property is not getting added under "add assessment" option. It gives an error stating that assessment no. Already exists. However the same is not listed under "property list" option also. Pls address this issue on priority...

      Hi All,
      I would like to share similar experience.
      I faced the same issue. I paid the Property Tax and Water tax bill online after working hours but no receipt was generated. I've done the payment via UPI and netbanking respectively. I waited till next working day to check the status of my payment. I received confirmation of receipt on next working day. I would suggest you to wait till next working day for the payment acknowledgement.
      You can view the receipt under My Properties -> Property List -> View Receipt
      [OR] Make Payment -> My Payment -> My Receipts.

        I tried to pay my property tax. My money 9766 was debited 4 even though it resulted retry payment. My money is debited and not credited back.

            I made a payment on 11/03/2020 for my property tax through UPI and the payment is successful, even the amount had been debited from the bank. But some error occurred and the payment is not reflecting in my account registered with the Tnurbanepay portal. I have also enclosed my payment details. As I don't find any contact/help desk to support the users in the portal, I'm logging my complaint here. Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
            sir me too facing this problem, did any o[censored] got the solution...please let me know.
            The receipt get loaded next day. Please wait.

            Amount debited from my bank account but, the payment is not reflecting in the online portal.
            Please check and do the needful.

              didn't get my receipt but money debited

              Sir i made two payments of property tax for kadayanallur municipal corporation.in tnurbanepay site. After making payment my bank was debited and i got a message from tnurbanpay that
              { your payment has successful, receipt generation failed. This will be generate on or before end of the day, once receipt generated you will get the notification through sms or mail}
              But till this moment no further info or updating is seen in the...

              unable to register as new user

              Address: Plot No:7, F1, VGK BRINDHAVAN Apartments, Kannan Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600044

              Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in uRL accepts new user registration, once details submitted it says activation code will be received in mobile. But we are not getting the code by sms. Hence not able to use any of the services. Please resolve at the earliest

              If we get sms code then, it will be useful to pay property tax.

              Also if code is sent by email also it will be fine.

              This needs to be fixed asap...
