didn't get my receipt but money debited

Sir i made two payments of property tax for kadayanallur municipal corporation.in tnurbanepay site. After making payment my bank was debited and i got a message from tnurbanpay that
{ your payment has successful, receipt generation failed. This will be generate on or before end of the day, once receipt generated you will get the notification through sms or mail}
But till this moment no further info or updating is seen in the...

unable to register as new user

Address:Plot No:7, F1, VGK BRINDHAVAN Apartments, Kannan Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, 600044

Tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in uRL accepts new user registration, once details submitted it says activation code will be received in mobile. But we are not getting the code by sms. Hence not able to use any of the services. Please resolve at the earliest

If we get sms code then, it will be useful to pay property tax.

Also if code is sent by email also it will be fine.

This needs to be fixed asap...
