I paid my property tax (villupuram municipality) online using https://tnurbanepay.tn.gov.in/
Money is deducted from my bank but not credited to the property tax account. Billdesk says wait for few more days...

Paid Rs.1814/- towards property tax for the assessment number:001/005/02772
Amount debited from bank, but payment not updated in the site
receipt not received
Also, the complaint option is not working in tnrubanepay website

Please check and refund the amount or update the payment in the portal

I paid my property tax of Rs 430 to Vellore corporation for the assessment number 035/043/00425 on 27/01/2022. The amount has been debited from my bank account however no receipt or receipt number has been generated. In DCB details, it clearly shows the amount to be paid is zero, meaning I have paid the entire amount but I am unable to find the receipt for that.
