When I tired to update my contact details in this portal (tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in) I faced 2 errors, I was not able to select my Cast as the cast field was disabled but somehow managed to enable that filed and I filled the further details asked and when I hit the submit Button I got this error " [CandidateProfileAction] : [saveCandidate] : [ Global Exception Occurs In Request ] "

Kindly help me in resolving this.

I am trying to update my Details and when I want to Submit I get a prompt to Enter Caste, but when that Dropdown is disabled and its been disabled for long time.
Kindly enable the Caste Button or allow to save the draft data. Its waste of Time typing details to get a prompt like this

To update my degree qualification, I entered all the mandatory fields and when I try to save it by clicking on "Save" button, it throws the error. I provided the error screenshot here. Please find the attached error screenshot without fail.

Also, When I try to update my contact information and qualification, I am getting this same error.

This site have lot of bugs and issues. Nothing is working properly. I had a very bad experience while using this site.

Please try to fix and close the reported bugs as soon as possible. Many input fields are disabled by default, every time I need to inspect those field elements in DOM and enable it which is not expected behavior. So, before releasing the application, please do proper unit testing from developer side
