The caste option is locked. Also the Gender, Religion, Community ID, District options are also locked. So I couldn't complete or add qualifications. Also its delaying my seniority date. I request you to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I had forgotten my password to my account in Tnvelaivaaippu.gov.in, i tried to reset the password using "Forgot password" option. Once I saved the new password, it took me to a page where i found below content.

From that moment, I could not log in to my account. I have tried "Forgot password" option one more time, but it did not help.

Please help me here to reset the password.
