Toll people behaves like a GOON.

On 1/4/23 ₹650 was charged on ALEP main plaza 290 instead of₹115 on the return journey. Please refund the money

My car number is HR26DP2342, Tata Tiago. I am travelling from Noida to Panipat and in transit i have passed from jakhauli toll plaza. toll deducted rs 265- from my paytm wallet, while correct toll should be 90 or less.

Instead of lokal charges toll charged more than non lokal charges

They charge extra 650 as toll charge please see to it

I Just remind you that there is lot of toll plaza in between Delhi to Rudrapur.
Kindly close the old toll plaza for traveler benefit.

My icici fasttag id[protected] my car 09/07/2022 crossed ghagghar toll plaza and he is charged 75 rupees one side toll and 1 hour updown my car this tollplaza thats rule within 24 hour this toll plaza 75+40=115 charged but this tollplaza 75+75 +150 charged thats wrong according toll plaza rules 45 rupees extra charged you see attach pdf and show timimg and return my 45 extra charged

I was crossing the toll plaza are nagar located in between hodal to palwal NH19 when I was crossing the toll plaza employees denied to scan the fast tag I was in the lane 3 from hodal to palwal
In between at 1am to 2am night 26/6/22
He denied to scan fast tag and demand extra charge from me he said pay me 200 in black or pay double charge
When I refused to pay he started to abuses me a lots and gave me wearing to kill me or to destroy my car. After some time another employee came there and scan my Tag

Please take a serious action against him as soon as possible

At toll plaza the workers misbehave and hit the toll barrier on the car. I want my compensation.

My Car no. PB13AT8856 Today i went Sangrur to Barnala in car. Morning time Toll plaza dedicated money 45 Rs When Evening time I come back to Sangrur Toll Plaza dedicated 90 rs. toll plaza dedicated Double money Than tax. One side journey tax is Rs 45. but they deducted money rs 90.
I use ICICI Fast Tag. I also attached screen short with it

Fast tag in many plaza of BHOPAL MP ate not working...what if some how i run out pf cash and want to cross a plaza? 11 meil plaza

Sir I was demanded cash at wajroo toll plaza even after my fastag balance was 1000 confirmed by one of your customer care executives on toll free no I was made to wait there for two hours and then returned back and misbehaved also when I denied the cash payments I raised a complaint no 5260465 but even after repeated calls to toll free no I m denied any info related to complaint.
I need a written reply because I have to go to court for this care less behavior. I have enough money in my fastag wallet and I have not recharged it since then

Yesterday, I went to jaipur from delhi and passed from one of the fraud manoharpur toll plaza. In that plaza one person secretly scanned my fastaag without my knowledge and toll person asked me to pay cash, as it is a cash counter but suddenly I got the money deduction message.so I asked them its already paid from this toll and shown them the message at that time I thought it was a technical glich. But I got cheated by them at the returning time the fataag is scaned and the toll person said your fastaag is not working so please pay cash at that time the message was also delayed so I paid 130 rs. But after crossing 1km I got the message so its proved they intentionaly doing this. I requested to the concern authority to action them and fined them.

The Talegaon Toll Plaza from Pune to Mumbai collects Rs203/- amount and Khalapur Toll Plaza collects Rs67/- while returning on the same day from Mumbai to Pune the Khalapur Toll Plaza collects Rs203/- and Talegaon Toll Plaza collects Rs67/-. and no returning concession has been provided due to this payment, if the toll name is the same then why they are taking different payments? Also raised the complaint earlier for the same reason but no one is taking any action.

I travel in MP and usually travels more for work, here near Pithampur indore there was one old plaza which was closed from many years also the road there is totally damaged, but from some 4-6 months they have started to take toll charges from that damaged toll plaza there are somelocal guys are mis behaving also and there is no fast tag or any thing also there are no proper barrier or any toll system. Also there are no any fast tag payment options.

At NH31 Ghoshpukur to Dhupguri, Panikauri toll plaza debited toll charge double than the amount needed.

My sbi Fastag had less than the amount needed.. but they charged my Fastag account .

At the same time they took cash too !

I asked them to take cash only .
But they cheated me not saying about Fastag.

As per government rules difference between two toll plaza is minimum required 60k.m. but here in my area difference is near by 35 k.m. so what's the reason for this explain me
1 toll plaza - bhalgam toll plaza, ta.-kankrej, dist-banaskantha
2 toll plaza-mudetha toll plaza, ta.-deesa, dist-banaskantha

I serve in crpf (paramilitary force).
When crossed toll then, i had shown my i card but, didn't exemped fee.and charged amount 35/- from me between khandela and ringus . Their behavior is very bad with force person.

Please take action on toll employee.

The personnel of NHAI should be told about the new rules.

We perform duty in naxal effect area but they don't understand.and also exempt to force, and army

I received another message on jan 17th the message as below
"pantangi" toll gate debited 165/- rupees on jan 12th 2019 01:13am. (Yellow background row no 7)

How they will deduct on jan 17th for the jan 12th journey. How they accessed my fastag account with out my permission.

As there are no toll charges for jan 13th to jan 16th in ap and telangana the unguturu toll palaza is leaving the vehicles without taking money but the fastag machine is still on and it deducted the charges from my account. (Row no 13 green background row)

The toll has been built in a smaller road connecting the inner mosque and it is really difficult for the residents to even pay for it. The toll is built for small roads. It should be removed. The toll has not even built completely yet they make us pay everyday. This is really unfair as we have to pay if we are going to bear by places even it us not a national highway. Toll should be collected from highway not from every road possible
