My name is nazir from pune went mumbai for work stays alone. Joint topprs on feb month at the time time of interview hr rishabh agarwal didn't inform me about cold calling. Second training was a bit good. And they show fake dreams and cut your salary for # reason.
When u go on floor for work jzt bcz u are new no one will help you. U have to do r and d from self. Than senior hr will call you and again they will play don't worry till 3 months you are on filed traing. These is fake fact is from next they only they start putting so much pressure u cant belive bcz. For no reason they will you at 9 morning and u will return home by 1 late night. Again same time. Bcz of them i become sick again and again and final i went to doctor took medicine and took rest. Than in april i call hr sadaf thane branch for my salary she told me she will call me back but she didn't. Than evening only again i called her and request her for my salary. She told some # and cut the phone than i mail central hr name is. Zenia from powai. She told hr to look after the matter than hr mail me that they give me call i told her if there is any call from you i leave my salary. After many mails is send me screenshot on a mail i told them u said u call me were it show me first. I was so seek i can't even hold a glass how i can see the mail. I need moneyfor food and medicine lock down is there i want to go home she called me and said go and submit hospital documents i told that was local hospital they don't give i pay them in cash again one # policy they will show you.
Than she called me and said go and take salary form your tm i told her i will do consumer complatian. She said ok do.
Now i want my salary and also commotion for hersment and false statement i will file a case against them in lock down time they are not helping me

First on all on the time of hiring they will give you many fake promise regarding company policy and all.
After training when u go to your agm they not all teach you anything about products u have to do all on your own. Than hr says u are on training period now till 3 months. To need to worry but gm agm manger tm. Will put so much of pressure you can't even work and if something happens on field no one will help you. Due my illness i left the job i m from pune came mumbai for work i stay alone.. I called hr to plz give me my salary i need i don't have money to spend or go home due to lock down. She said no after sometimes wewill look into some # policy. Than i mail central hr told her everything she mail my hr name sadaf thane branch. Than start saying submit your discharge copy and oll how i can i jzt took medicine from doctor on phone and he told me to take rest. Than they lie that my hr call me but there was no call than she told me that we send mail hello hr don't u have sense some one is dam seek he can't even hold a glass he will seen mail. Than she called me and said some # which i have record and said me go and take your salary from team leader i told her i will do consumer complatian she told go a head now i want my salary and compassion for hersment from hr.in lock down period they are doing these to me

Calling from last 1 month but not getting satisfactory reply always giving excuses like we are updating our website or many a times they use to say that technical team is not available we will call you next morning but never got any call from their side. Today new excuse that there are flood situation in mumbai thats why we are not having sufficient staff available. Last month my terminal exams of class x was going on but not got even any reply then i have to study thru. Youtube videos.
When they have to make a sale then they call 4-5 times daily even at 9.00pm they were available but after that they don't bother about the service. Last year i purchased learnnext software that was far better then this and service was prompt. This year i made the mistake just because i thought that if their staff is available at 9.00 pm then it will help me. But now they even don't bother to respond in morning, afternoon or by 06.00 pm and always give new excuse but no solution...

I was told that Class 8 content would be available for free with the Class 9 and 10 package but it is not. I have called topperlearning at least 10 times. Each time I was told that someone would get back with a solution but no, no one responded. Service is ridiculous. This is the second time I am raising this concern here. Before buying the package, I was called thousand times and was pestered to take the package with all false promises.

Hie i had ordered class 9 package of topper learning maths and science.Customer care said me that you will get dvd's so don't need Internet connection to study.I had payed sum of 2650(including all taxes.) to courier person and received the parcel.But topperlearning.com have cheated me as they had shipped me annual subscription package without dvd's although i had not used it so please send me the videos dvd's.

my name is ankit batra.i joined topper learning solutions pvt ltd. on 7 march 2011.after a month (15th April) i talk to my boss about salary he said wait for three days because we are busy after that on 18th April he said wait for another 5 to 6 days other wise left the job we settle your salary then i left the job because of salary issue i sent a mail to my boss regarding that issue but they don,t reply me please solved my problem asap.
